DO NOT come to this Pizza hut. Their worker Lavonne began to hit on my daughter while he was working and threatened her over text messages with another worker claiming they was going to “rob her” and do numerous other things I cannot name after she didn’t respond to his advances. He is lucky I have a lot to loose or I would handle this myself. I am extremely disturbed and me and everyone my family is affiliated with will not return to any pizza hut and especially this location. Do better to monitor your workers and know who you are hiring.
I am one of the top customer cuz I always ordered there and the pizza is always good but there is always different employees I normally ordered a large with 3 toppings and it’s 11 but sometime it’s 23 which make no sense, and whenever the India guy pick up the phone he keeps hang up on me like 5 times not the best service when he’s there! others were very nice!!
Honor the online deals at all locations. I wanted the deal offered of lg 3 topping pizza for $10. I ordeted six pizzas. instead of paying $60 plus tax and delivery it cost me $109 plus a $10 cash tip. Next time I will check out deals at other pizza establishments. The pizza tasted good.
P.H. has my wife's favorite crust (deep dish thick crust) but I prefer the artisan type better. She would give all five stars. Ordered ahead and and when we walked in 15 minutes later it was fresh outa the oven. All in all this pizza hit the spot.
Absolutely vile. I don't know if they've changed owners, or have an indept crew but the pizzas I've had from this location in the last few months have been pure trash. My grandmother recently(Thursday 12/23/2021) made a purchase, the dough is under cooked, undersauced, and just plain wrong. Fix your store, it was once the go-to.
Tonight I am so disappointed in this location, I have ordered from this location specifically on Nevada a half dozen times since moving to my new neighborhood and tonight I received the wrong pizza. When calling the store to file a complaint I was then placed on hold for 52 mins in total after stating I had a complaint about the order I just placed. Meanwhile I had my wife call she was able to get through 3 times one of which resulted in an immediate hang up as soon as they heard the word complaint. The other two she was placed on hold. I was also able to call Pizza Hut corporate and file a complaint there as I was getting nowhere with the Sunday staff at the store still on hold with the store. I merged the phone calls so Ashton at customer service could hear that I was still on hold. I am unsure as to why no one at the Nevada location would speak to me or my wife as neither of us were rude or aggressive just wanted it fixed but this is the WORST customer service my wife and I have experienced in a long time.
Stuffed crust did not have much cheese on the pizza. Definitely did not look like the commercial. Toppings were pretty scarce.
Food was great. I just wish the website hadn't offered me contact less drop off. I sat in my car 25 minutes past when they said my pizza would be ready before I just went inside the store to grab it myself.So yeah. If you order your pizza for pickup just go inside instead of trusting that they will read the instructions on your order.
Unfortunately, out of all (at least 6) were not wearing masks. They were aware of the mandate, but said their boss quit providing masks for them. They were nice...but I cannot give anyone my business that does not follow Governor ordered mandates. Its a safety issue. My spouse is immune suppressed and cannot be around that.
The service was fine and that's why it gets 2 stars. The pizza was just blah. I guess a large 3 topping pizza for $10 you get what you pay for. I've had frozen pizza that had more flavor.
