Nothing personal but until you bring crust seasonings back I won’t order again. If you’re going to intentionally make your crust suck, you’re no longer better than dominos. Now they are cheaper and comparable. Why would I pay more for less?I look forward to this hopefully coming back!
Ordered last week to have them call and tell me the driver blew a tire out and that no one from Doordarsh would deliver it, but luckily they'd apply a $15 dollar credit to my phone number. Went to order today, no discount applied so I called the store and there was never a discount applied to my phone number and the store says there's "nothing they can do about it." Extremely frustrating.
There was a note saying to leave the food on the tray outside (contactless delivery) what does the driver do? Why of course she walks right past the money and the trey and starts pounding on the door waking up my roommate who works nights, on top of that they some how managed to deliver cold pizza. Yes I took it in as soon as she left, Rachel needs to learn some consideration.
I'm sharing this review because the last couple of times, it has not been good. We ordered the dinner box to be delivered at 7:30. I called at 8:00, apparently there was a computer error, finally received our order at 8:40. I feel like if I did not call, it would have been even later. We ordered the dinner box. One meat lovers with extra sauce, one half cheese / half pepperoni. Order was wrong(no extra sauce no half cheese) Pizza was burned, breadsticks were overcooked, pizzas were barely warm. The delivery guy was very nice though ?
I did try and talk to someone at the resturant but after being on hold for 10 mins. I hung up. I ordered a double order of breadsticks and they have next to no flavoring on them at all. They taste like just bread. The ones that have a few small sprinkles, taste TERRIBLE!!! They actually look, feel and taste old to me. I got them to eat with dinner I had cooked at home and now I wish I just went some where else.I even tipped them for curbside service.

Placed an order at 5:30 pm. App said I could expect my pizza at 6:30. Okay cool I get it it's the middle of the rush. I call at 6:50pm and apparently the order was cancelled 2 minutes after it was supposed to arrive? Ya get real pizza hut I'll get my food elswate from now on.
Oh wow this was a great experience pizzas were perfect ? Hand tossed chicken mushrooms tomatoes bacon with Alfredo sauce, Pan with pepperoni Italian sausage pineapple bacon jalapeños red sauce. And delivered hot and fast!
Better customer service in the store. When me and my wife got to the Pizza Hut we waited there a good 15 minutes before anyone even asked us anything. So by the time I even got her carry out order the pizza was already cold.
