Hubby loves Pho. But ....not here. He says for him it's about a 2.5. The Pho Broth was uninspiring and less flavorful than any other Pho he has ever had. He thought the place looked drab and dirty. I don't typically notice or care If the food is good. It was possibly THE most expensive Vietnamese food we've ever had and the least enjoyed. I ordered my typical vermicelli bowl with pork. It was OK.Neither of us would go back. And both of us wished we could have spent that money elsewhere. The summer rolls were good and the server was nice and pleasant hence the 3 star rating instead of a 2 star.It was 3:30 on a Saturday and we were the only customers in the restaurant. That might have been our first red flag to choose somewhere else.

3.5 star. The Pho was okay, definitely not the best I've had. Also the price isn't cheap for what I got. You might like it but not for me.

Tasty but little bit price as a pho

Really great Vietnamese fare!I was visiting Spokane and happened to stumble upon this restaurant as I was walking around Downtown. In comparison to Vietnamese food in Houston (where I have had the pleasure of eating at many places), I believe that Pho City compares quite well! The staff are friendly and most importantly the food tastes fresh and authentic. The milk tea was also very refreshing and not too sweet - the way it should be!All in all, Pho City definitely makes it on my list of restaurants that I need to return to some day in the future! To the people of Spokane: help keep this restaurant open!

The food is simply amazing and authentic! I cannot recommend a better bang for your buck. I ordered the pork Banh Mi sandwich and lemon milk tea and by for it's one of the best combinations I've had in a while. Come on by and have a great meal

This is such a wonderful atmosphere i love the place so much. And the food was great! You should go there when it’s cold and windy outside you’ll really enjoy the hot meal more.

Had the beef pho and really enjoyed it. Good broth and quality meat. Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future.

The name is little misleading since they only have three types of Pho on their menu. There are also not a ton of variations in toppings. The place itself is cute and has a nice patio. It also looks like they have a lot of other tasty options and their potstickers were delicious so we'll be back to try their other stuff.

This was just the place for vegetarian pho in the cold Spokake weather. We really liked the crunchy fried tofu in both the spring rolls and the pho.
