I was visiting Spokane from out of state and went to People’s Waffle with some friends. We loved everything we ordered. One in our party needed to eat gluten free and it was refreshing to know everything on the menu was available to order. There were a few children in our group and we got the kids waffle for them and they all loved it! I would recommend to anyone local or visiting Spokane and look forward to going back next time I’m in the area!
Small on the corner of two one way streets and not much signage.The inside, long and narrow with small sidewalk tables outside.The Peoples Waffles are not very big, but they are tasty.I got the Breakfast Waffle that comes with one sa I sausage patty and one egg. I wanted a second egg, which you can't do. To have a side order of eggs you have to order two eggs.So. I had three eggs.Odd.Anyways, it was good and it was pricey. I'm not sure, yet, if I'd go back.I forgot to mention what impressed me the most. Silly as it is, the dinnerware. High quality with a hefty feel. So unusual from what I've seen in most restaurants we've visited here in Spokane.
Had a great experience here. Staff was very nice and helpful, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I got the bacon, cheese, and apple waffle sandwich, it was delicious. Waffle was light and fluffy with some crunch on the outside, apple was still just a little crisp, bacon was crispy. I wasn't sure how I would feel about the maple aioli, but it went great with it. Would recommend.
Tiny little "hole in the wall". The place only has about 6 or 7 tables. Luckily we showed up right when a table was available. They didn't have any soda, my cup of water was dirty. They don't have menus, only a QR code on the table which you have to scan with your phone. I ordered the waffles eggs and sausage. Partly my fault for not asking but the waffles and eggs came covered in chopped green onions, I hate onions. The sausage I think was trying to be fancy but it tasted like a high school cafeteria hamburger/meatloaf.
Food was so tasty especially waffles. Haven’t had waffles that good for a while. They have other things than waffles like eggs. Service was awesome as well.
Love that I can come get savory, crunchy and fluffy waffles without having to make a whole batch at home just for myself. Service was exceptional!

This place is well worth the wait to get a table. Everything is gluten free and delicious! I had the waffles benny with avocado and it was delicious!
Small menu to satisfy every palette. Classy tableware and cheery atmosphere. Excellent! We will take our guests to this one.
I like waffles but not ordering them at a restaurant. I dined at peoples with the presumption that I would order one of thier 3 non waffle meals on the menu. 20 seconds before I ordered I saw an order of eggs bennie on waffles come out an I instantly ordered that. IT WAS MOVING! It's hard to articulate how orginal and inspired the dish truly is. Also I hope you can see in my picture how much the cooks care about your food. The service is perfect and there are several other dining details I will let you discover for yourself.
