U.S. Bank is a great bank, everyone is very nice and efficient, knowledgeable and understanding. I have a business, and personal account with them.
Really cool building with a lot of history the Inside is kept very clean and it's in great shape. I did notice a few things that could be touched up but that's just my facilities manager mind great job on keeping such a cool building in great shape

The Compass Room at the top of the Paulsen building was an elegant and beautiful setting for our large family Thanksgiving dinner. The historic setting made for a truly special event.
Everybody there was amazing the lady that worked the parking garage helped me find the place. The doctor was wonderful. But it was pretty hard to find it downtown Spokane as a mess. But thank you to all the wonderful people.
I only walk by here when am downtown taking buses at plaza

Beautiful, historic building!! You feel grand when entering, almost like you're going back in time. I could picture a doorman opening the regal, gold doors. Be sure to visit the Cafe on the 2nd floor, great food and staff is very friendly. There is also a shoe shine shop, dry cleaners and post office in the building! I really want to see the penthouse someday!
