Not bad for picking up Pizza. But I have to watch them like a hawk when it comes to food allergies. They get going and forget to read the orders. I don't like spending my time in the emergency room because the staff is not watching. If I go in when they are slower I have no problems with my orders.
I made it to the store almost 11 minutes before they closed and I was met at the door stating they were closed. Really? So, I got off work late and I finally make it to the store before closing and I'm still told no! Ride and inconsiderate seeing as though they could have easily made my pizza in 4 to 5 minutes and I was paying with my card so no counting down a till. Very disappointed. Plus, according to the website, the other couple stores should have been open for at least another HR and they answered the phone stating that they were closed as well.... really?? So, Friday night and you close early and or just don't update your website?? Tired of wasting time, money and gas for excuses rather than polite service. I worked retail for a decade and I NEVER turned a customer away over something so simple!!
Great customer service. My 2-year-old son has celiac, and they are so great to make sure there isn't any cross contamination.
Always great...it looked like Santa's workshop of pizzas on Christmas eve!! Appreciate the staffing and speed of getting our order handled!
Great to take home. Not fond of the crust...thats my fave part anyways. The reat was delish and easy.
I was there today picking up pizzas and cheese bread. The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything tasted so good
We have not ordered Papa Murphy's pizza for a very long time because they are very skimpy on the toppings. We love there pizza so we ordered from them again the last 3 weeks and the first 2 weeks were great. This week my pizza had 5 toppings which included ham, pineapple, olives, mushrooms, and extra topping cheese. There was so much cheese ro hide the small amount of toppings. Heart breakingthat we will have to go back to a pizza place that gives you the right amount of toppings for the price of the product but doesn't compare to the taste of Papa Murphy's pizza.
BEWARE of DOUBLE and OVERCHARGES!!!!!!I ordered 2 medium pizzas and when I paid, it said it was approved. The teller said , no it didn't go through and asked me to run it again. I objected because itwas approved. She said I was mistaken and run it again,...I did and when I got to my car, called the 800# on the card to find out the last few charges...Sure enough there were 2 charges. My friend went back in and they refused to acknowledge any of what she said or listen to the phone verification that it proved. When my friend took a picture of the teller, they ran to the back for quite awhile, coming back later to give me cash (which should have gone back on my card) and said the manager would call me tomorrow, Oct 29th, Friday, at 10am and dispute the charges. Good luck..I have the proof from my cardI highly recommend going elsewhere.
The cashier Kiara tried to double charge my client for two medium pizzas then denied attempting to do such thing and the acting general manager would not listen after calling the number to verify and showed receipts to prove the difference in balance from one receipt to the next then we even called the 800 number on the card and tried to get the acting manager to listen where the transactions where it was taken out twice and still refused to listen and walked away and started waiting on other customers. The cashier Kiara walked away rudely and came back after 15 minutes or so they finally refunded my client. But watch your accounts when doing business with this store location, not good at all and very rude if you ask me, you should not be an acting manager if you don't know how to handle when a worker messes up amd you don't know how to fix it
