My wife went here. She paid for our pizza then asked if they had a restroom and was told no that ace hardware next door might but she already went there and they did not. She asked if they could hurry and make her pizza. She has a bladder infection so it’s important. She then watched as 6 online orders were made and two people that ordered after her got their pizza….but she didn’t. She barely made it back to her car- pizza-less and 20+ poorer. I’m angry that a company did not have the compassion to accommodate my wife that had already paid for her pizza with tip no less thinking that her request was nothing. We will never be back and you owe us for what we did not get. Shame on you for not being human beings.
There seems to be a problem with someone speaking English when they answer the phone I've never gotten my order correct at that store although the pizza I have gotten is good just not what I ordered I always ordered by phone and go in and pick up last time I was in that store for 30 minutes no one else was in there and no one would come and help me get my pizza they were all busy cleaning up and it was 7:00 at night
Put the wrong sauce on one of two pizzas I ordered. Specifically asked if it had this sauce and was told I could have whatever sauce I wanted. I said red and was asked which of two red sauces I wanted and went with the regular red. Baked the pizza and it was the white sauce which I detest. Lucky I had a second pizza so I didn't have to drive back.
What's the point of ordering ahead online, showing up exactly when the confirmation email tells you to, and then coming in to pick up and your food isn't ready? And when you ask staff why it has taken so long, they say it's your fault for not telling them you had arrived....because they don't even bother starting your order until you physically arrive. Again, whats the point in ordering ahead?! Will not be using this location any more.
I called a couple of times to make my order. No one picked up. I was told they were too busy to get the phone. I was the only person there at that time. As others came in after me, they were asking about the phone too. Sad, we love their pizza...
Ordered a NY combo over the phone. When I picked it up, informed they no longer carried that, and had made me a pepperoni for $11. Why not tell me on the phone? Never again!!!!!!
Friendly people that work in a clean space. Making yummy, fresh, food fast for you to take home. Plus affordable. Who don't like that?.

Try their chicken artichoke bacon pizza, yes I make better pizza at home but for the money its ok.
