Horrible!Ordered over 2.5 hours ago and no pizza. Spoke with someone at the store 45 minutes ago and he said we are boxing it up now, no apology or nothing. Yeah, take your pizza and eat it, I’m not.
NYC is terrible do not order it the picture doesn’t really make it clear what all was wrong. It’s not what you see on the ads, and whoever decided the recipe is trying to get whoever made the ad fired or vise versa. I love NYC pizza, but this was not it. My dipping sauce was not to order on the knots too.I received a call offering to make it up to me, but they never actually sent the coupon.At least the panhandler I gave the pizza to was happy. What’s pictured is what a crew of construction workers were willing to eat. It was gross.
I ordered 2 pizzas, cheese sticks, and bread sticks. They didnt give us our cheese sticks when I called to ask for them the lady seemed like I was inconveniencing her. Both pizzas were wrong the works pizza had mushrooms when I clicked no mushrooms I even double checked that it said no mushrooms on my order I also ordered a pepperoni pizza with half olives there was more olives on the whole pizza that there was pepperoni I'm very disappointed and probably won't be going back to Papa John's for awhile
Not only was the pizza burnt but my wings were supposed to be Buffalo and they sent garlic parm
Used to be my favorite, but they ALWAYS forget the extras I add to my order like sauce or extra peppercinis, so I stopped ordering from them for a while. Tried to order for old times sake tonight, the "large" is tiny and looks like a domino's medium, the crust was doughy and raw, the sauce was lukewarm (so not appetizing) and as usual they forgot my extra peppercinis. I'll just save my money from now on and forget I ever liked this place, cuz there was nothing good about the $50 I spent tonight.
Only one of the staff was wearing a mask properly, and half of the staff weren't even wearing masks while making our food. Didn't see a single person wash their hands even after handling phones.Definitely not a reassuring experience.
Single greatest Papa John's pizza I've ever had. Which I know sounds silly, and I do like Papa Johns a lot, but was visiting from out of town and got a pizza at this location and wow, it was good.

Well, they must have read their reviews and stepped up their game, but there is still work to be done. I’ve had three pizzas from here and they had great flavor and fresh ingredients but one of them was pretty undercooked and had to go in our oven.
Ordered and it had been almost two hours since I originally placed my order. Called and they said it had been delivered through door dash. It never was though. They remade my order and got it to me very quick. Great customer service!
