At one point in my life, I drove across international boarders just so I could get some Panera. If you like their kind of food, it is a pleasure to be at one. This specific Panera Bread location is as great as the company's reputation. Yes, it is a little pricey, but it's worth that price everytime. The staff here are equally great, and I've never had a bad experience with them. I recommend the almond chicken salad sandwich if you don't know what to get. Goes well with plain iced tea (be warned some of the fancier iced teas are extra sweet) and a cookie to follow.
Writing this as I continue to wait for my food. Sitting in Drive-Thru parking spot number 1. We were told it would be a 4 minute wait. But three separate people, all who have ordered at least 20 minutes after us, have waited and gotten their food. We ordered two sandwiches. That's literally it. It is hot outside and this is a ridiculous wait. Will not be coming to this location again, not with how little respect they treat you and your order.
I love some soup in a bread bowl! And tasty salads. And great tasting bagels. And cookies. It also has a nice atmosphere with a lot of walls to stop sound so studying is an option!
Steer clear! Apparently when you spend almost $14 on a sandwich this is what you get. A horribly dry sandwich with barely any meat on it! This is the second time I’ve ordered and been super unimpressed both times. Won’t be back.
They ran out of the regular bread for the steak and cheddar sandwich. They offered sourdough but unfortunately the liquid soaked all of it. Other then that, it tasted pretty good. I ordered a smoothie but it wasn’t blended all the way. I had to throw away half of it because it was chunky. Needless to say, going to “panera bread” not getting bread.. was quite ironic.thanks for coming to my ted talk.
Never a good experience. Service is poor. Advertise smoothies but out of the last 4 times I was there they could not make them because a certain person was not there. Plenty of workers. Train more of them how to make them. Sometimes I feel like I am interrupting the workers day.
I have always liked the people at Panera, I'm glad they don't make you use the kiosk if you don't want to, everyone is always nice and very attentive to us.We went into Panera again today their customer service was still very outstanding they care about everyone that comes in they greet everyone which is pretty amazing. Please go there and enjoy and make sure to get your phone number set up for points at Panera.
Poor customer service, and attitude. Several staff behind the counter doing nothing yet apparently to busy to deliver orders to inside tables. This place doesn’t know what it wants to be, a coffee shop, a bakery, a fast food joint. Get it together Panera or close, we can use this space on Division for something else.
My current favorite! Amazing service, and they are so fast with making your food. Also some of the best food for the best price.
Went through a drive through and ordered a simple breakfast wrap, paid for it at 10:26am and then I was asked to go wait in the parking lot for a "few" minutes. I got my sandwich at 10:52am! While I watched at least 4 cars go through drive through and leave after that.It is absolutely unacceptable! What terrible costumer service that is.I'm not sure if you were waiting for a chicken to lay an egg but I am definitely not coming back again
