Good food, awful wait times.The food is always really good. The problem is they never stock enough food for rush hour. We have had to wait for chicken (8-10 minutes) almost every time we have ordered food here.They really need to run analytics on their rush hour traffic patterns, there are some simple ways to estimate proper food volumes. It really isn't rocket science.
where do i even start i went here on my lunch break and they said they were going waiting on chow mein and asked me to pull up and they would run it out. I sat there waiting for over 20minutes and eventually left because i would have been late will never be going back
3 times over the past 6 months this place closes their lobby. One time they locked the door just as I walked up to the door. The girl inside said she just felt too overwhelmed so she decided to lock the door. I get it that times are hard, but it gets a little frustrating to never know if the place is going to let you in or not. Hope things get better.
The lobby was closed due to staff shortage and also the Sullivan location was closed for the same reason , i feel like there servings are getting smaller compared to other locations but that might be just me ,they were out of honey sesame chicken wich was a bummer and despite the long line at the drive thru service was relatively quick.
Most of the entrees looked old. The egg rolls were burnt and really dry. Today was the 1st time (in my opinion) the string bean chicken looked fresh and not like it had been there for 6 months. However it still tasted like it was 6 months old. I return every few months to look at the food in hopes that my complaining has changed something.The prices are way to high for the quality of food you get.The counter staff were very friendly as was the manager. Perhaps she listened when I mentioned just how not good and old everything looked,The best thing I can say about this panda express is that the store is clean.
Pizza Hut has the kindest waitresses and waiters and Every pizza is exactly perfect to my expectations!! Always my favorite for 30 years and always will be.
They are doing the best they can with the restrictions the state of Washington has imposed but the food was good, service was fast and the place was clean. What more could you ask for!
Disappointed that yet again, they never put the teriyaki sauce on the chicken. Even if you ask for extra, the chicken is sauce less and no extra sauce on the side.
Thank you! I rolled up for a small portion of chow mein and was handed a box of it and was asked if I need sauces or something to eat it with. This is awesome!! Can we stop being so wasteful fast food? This was all I needed for a quick meal, yes!!
Quick process but forgot my sauce, every other time I don't get the sauce with my teriyaki chicken. I always ask for sauce on the side with an extra. Arrived home with NO sauce at all.
