N. Spokane - Poor, poor, poor. This place has completely gone downhill! Although the sesame chicken had a decent flavor it was so overcooked and dry I was choking on it. The chow mein, normally my favorite, had no flavor and was mushy. The only item I enjoyed was the wok fried shrimp. They managed to remove 2 of the 3 items I get from the menu and to top it all off, they have reduced portion sizes but upped the prices. Overall, not impressed in the least! Won't be going there again and will no longer recommend!
They constantly mess up orders, "run out" of things if you show up an hour before they close, if you dare to ask them to cook items not "on the table" they will tell you it will be 10 minutes wait but you'll sit there for at least 20, and now instead of actual large entrees in the family meal they substituted the panda bowl container. I don't know if it is their way of shrinkflation to keep the same price or if they were out of the actual large containers, but not saying anything about a size change beforehand is shady.
Ordered teriyaki chicken and it came with no sauce… noticed it when I already got home. So annoying. They normally just pour it on top unless you request it on the side. Now I guess you have to ask for sauce with your chicken. Ugh.
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered at 5.15 pm online through the Panda Express website. Apparently they use door dash for delivery, but it doesn’t say that anywhere. Received an email from Panda Express stating our food would be delivered at 5:58 pm. Received a text with a link to track in door dash. Status went back and forth between an arrival time and saying the delivery driver was still at the store. Called at 6:21 and was told the order was still at the store and nobody was there to get it. Spoke to the manager who told us that he wasn’t responsible, only does delivery through door dash, and we should call door dash. I told him-more than once- that we were never given any contact information other than the local store’s number. He again repeated that it want his responsibility. A few minutes further into our argument, my son walked in with our food - the food that was apparently still at the store. GREAT JOB PANDA EXPRESS! GREAT JOB DOOR DASHER FOR DELIVERING OUR FOOD HALF AN HOUR LATE! NEVER AGAIN WITH EITHER DOOR DASH OR PANDA. AND LYING ABOUT IT MAKES IT WORSE, NOT BETTER.
Purchased $35.00 worth of spicy orange chicken. Not for everybody, but I like it just fine. Received enough to feed 8 nicely. 3 full boxes worth. I used it to supplement the homemade meal at a house party. Yum.
night crew is unprofessional and rude consistently. constantly trying to stop cooking food an hour before they close and refuse to make items they are out of. I round up to help the charity every time and still get bad service. tonight our fried rice and chowmein were so spicy we could not even eat it, they have obviously put something in it this time. probably because we asked for an item they were out of and asked if they could possibly make some since it was over an hour till they closed. This is unacceptable. no other panda has such bad service. how can two people's fried rice and chowmein be so spicy that it made us sweat and run for milk??? they ruined our food and wasted our money. we actually like spicy food, but whatever was put in it was beyond spicy.
For the money, I don't think a person can get better quality or quantity Asian food than Panda Express... Their food is always very, very good. Prices are more than reasonable!!!
I ordered the BIG PLATE and it wasn't a big plate! I can usually make a big plate last for dinner and lunch the following day but this time I finished it in 1 sitting and wad still hungry. This one had a drive thru which is cool but they didn't give me a fork, napkins, or a fortune cookie!
This location seems to be going down hill in quality. The last several times I've been here the food is not hot, which can cause food poison if temperatures required to keep in safe are not reached. Since switching from plastic bags topaper the food plates can only fit in sideways so some employees hand it to you holding it from the top, which causes the food t run to one end of the plate so it's all mixed up. Waited in the take out lane for 40 minutes, put in my ordered and didn’t get what I paid for this is a teriyaki and fried rice bowl when I ordered and paid for a orange chicken half and half chow mein and rice. They were also out of lemonade which I received a lemonade with ice but I had ordered lemonade with no ice they then offered to have me wait for another five minutes because they ran out and I said no it’s fine I’ll just get another drink but I really wanted to lemonade. We did not receive the order we paid for at all. I called the manager and let her know the request for a refund they refused to give me a refund back for what I ordered and will only offer me another play or anything to show up there for another day or today even though I already had the food just got home the roads are icy it’s bad conditions and she was not understanding of that and all they had to do was get my receipt number what card I needed the six dollar refund because they can pull up that and they were refusing to do that.
