This location has a staff with the WORST attitudes. Which is unfortunate because like other reviews have stated, it has amazing food. The customer service absolutely is as bad, as the food is good. People do work hard, and pay money out of their pockets for SERVICE. You chose the job you come to, if you don't like it, find another job. Lots of places are hiring. The thing is, even the little managers with complexes have bad attitudes, so how can they fix the other employees bad attitudes. It seems like this is a pattern .
Katie Jo does not deserve her position at North spokane market street, she was extremely rude and swore at us in the store in front of customers because the ice machine doesn't work but happily sold a large drink without notice. Once I asked for the employees name she said you can call whoever you want to it's just ice. If she doesn't like to help customers maybe this isn't the job for her.

About to give up on panda, then my son wanted it so we said one last time, it was delicious, so good it brought back panda!!!! I've even gone since this because I was craving it! Thabk you to the staff, yall are awesome!
Came here at 4pm on Sunday, all the food tasted like it had been sitting out since lunch, came back to complain and the guy behind the counter offered me a medium fried rice. Well never be back.
They are great for a fast Chinese food restaurant and they are always fast too! There food is always good as well!!!
Probably the worst Panda Express I've ever eaten at. Service was just okay and the orange chicken that I ordered tasted awful.
Tried to order thru app didn’t work for 20 mins so I drove there arrive 20 mins to closing and was told I should drive across town if I want pandas express by the manager old blonde white lady ?? whole franchise has gone down hill anyways ?♂️
They were awesome, even though I was a little on the unstable side lol and better yet the food was still bomb hours later cold and warmed up
Kitchen was closed 25 mins before closing. What's the point in being open when you dont even have you signature dish ORANGE CHICKEN!! I cant believe the money we've spent and the one night we are really counting on them to help make the evening easier they closed their kitchen 25 minutes early!!
