This location is Deaf friendly. A challenge I have as a deaf person who reads lips....mask. I explained my situation and the young lady who assisted me with my order pulled her mask down so I could understand her. She also then relayed the need to the young man ringing up my order. I felt seen. Thank you for making this a smooth and pleasant experience.
Usually they are great, but not this time. Got our online order wrong. Pretty disappointing when you get home to find the wrong food?
We went there for lunch the other day and the food was “meh.” I was very happy to see that the Black pepper chicken” was back! However it was not nearly as good as it was before they took it off the menu. It was EXTREMELY over peppered and did not have much flavor to it. The white rice had some hard pieces of rice in it, like it had not been cooked all the way. My lunch date finished their Panda Original Orange Chicken bowl. You can refer to the picture of said empty bowl container. LOL. As we were paying for our lunch, after the transaction was done and we were walking away from the register, I remembered to ask for sauces such as soy sauce and hot mustard. Every other Panda Express that I have been to, I have always been offered these sauces at check out. The restaurant as a whole was clean. We found an empty table near the window to enjoy our lunch. The restrooms were also nice and clean, which is always a nice surprise. The biggest issue we encountered is the the staff seemed “rushed” even tho there were not a whole lot of people in there at the time. We might go back to give it another try.
I will never eat Panda Express again I’m so disgusted the chicken had black unknown pieces and nothing but huge nasty chunky pieces the noodles are just lettuce and cabbage barely any noodle what so ever

While many Panda Express locations are just standard, non-descript fast food restaurants, this location is staffed with great employees that are personable and make your visit pleasant. The food is exactly what you'd expect from a Panda Express restaurant, a bit sweeter than an actual Chinese food place, but still delicious. Also, unlikely some other Panda locations, I've never experienced an issue with the food tasting stale or cold.
