My fiancé and I eat a fair amount of sushi and we were sadly disappointed with the overall experience here. From a dirty kitchen to bad fish in our rolls that we sent back (and we never send food back), we were not impressed. To top it all off, no apologies for the bad food either. Between the bad food and the poor experience, we will not be returning.
Wow!!! I had the Otori roll and the salmon skin hand roll. The salmon roll was the best ever: a generous portion of tasty, super crunchy salmon skin, veggies and light dressing that let the flavors blend and shine! IMO its hard to get this simple roll just right and they nailed it. I found the Otori roll to be a delicate balance of spicy salmon and super light dressing. Beautiful presentation but so good I didn't get a picture.Remember cooked sushi doesn't travel, so please don't expect it to.
They were closing and they took us in for there last order.I really appreciate that.Great food and service.

From all the great reviews, I had high expectations for the sushi. However, the experience was mediocre at best. Ordered 4 different deep fried rolls which ended up all looking the same. The quality of the fish also looked like canned tuna. Otherwise, service was great. The server was very helpful.
If you’re a student craving sushi at GU I cannot recommend this place enough. The food is fresh and delicious, to go orders are lightning fast (even on busy days), and the staff are lovely. They have wonderful combo meals that will leave you stuffed. I highly recommend this place
Excellent quality sushi with very fresh ingredients. Very reasonable pricing for their well crafted dishes. Great dining discovery for this area full of fast food franchises.
Service was good, sushi came fast. However all the rolls were loaded with imitation crab (fake)That's all we could taste and didn't even finish our food. For 16 dollars a roll you can use real ingredients. Tired of all these places cutting corners.

Very friendly family establishment. Took the time to explain everything I ordered for how to eat it! It was a nice experience
