I cannot stress enough to you how important it is to find this food truck! Whether they're at Big Barn Brewing, WSU football games, the Kendall Yards Night Market or anywhere in between. This is the. best. BBQ. in town! Great sauces, fall off the bone ribs, jalapeño sausage, tender brisket and shredded pork. I'm not much of a Cole slaw fan but Bob's is fantastic. Whatever you do and wherever you go, it's worth it!
One night stand was the food truck we chose for our wedding that we had up at big red barn in green bluff. Everyone one at wedding loved the food, I think the Brisket was the crowd favorite but all the other options were great as well. I had the meat fight sandwich.
Absolutely delicious, they’ve come to my work a few times and the food was so good I found where they were setting up shop, just so I could bring my wife so she could have some.

I stopped by a food truck event with Spokane Quaranteam and had to try it out. In the bottom of the pic is the Frito Pie. The beans were good. The brisket had a good smoke ring and flavor. It just melts in your mouth. Both BBQ sauces were yummy. It was a great filling lunch for $10. I will stop next time I see their truck and trailer.

I had the meat fight sandwich last Sunday. It had spicy sausage, pulled pork and brisket. I put a little spicy bbq on it and wow!
Incredible brisket, delicious turkey breast, the amazing slaw. I can't wait to try all the other tasty food they make. Worth the stop!
