It's been over a year since our last visit to an Olive Garden. One thing I can say is that it is always consistent, no matter the location. There is one thing I wish the servers would do. I wish they would give us a little more time to enjoy the salad course before they bring out our entrée. I like to eat my meal warm, so I end up not eating much salad, which is one of my favorite things I love about Olive Garden.
The food was typically excellent for an Olive Garden, but the service was exceptionally good. I ordered a lasagna and was pleasantly surprised that it was piping hot through-and-through. Lasagnas are usually cooked earlier in the day, refrigerated, and reheated upon ordering; but restaurants often rush it and don't reheat them very well, and this was definitely NOT the case here as it was perfect, like it'd been freshly baked. (And for all I know, it could have been.) There was no waiting for a table even though we arrived at the start of the peak dinner hour, our orders were taken promptly, and dinner was served as we were still finishing our soups & salads, very quickly indeed.I've visited many Olive Gardens and this one definitely ties for the best of them.
Everything was delicious, and service was great. Tour of Italy is always a great combo plate. And if you have children present; ensure that you check out the kids menu. Thank you for giving my wife & family a great night out for her birthday.P.S. don't forget to embarrass the birthday person with a free dessert and chorus.
Had small group of 8-10. All orders were delivered to correct people. Most people would of been stressed with how busy they were, but our servers were great... The food is delicious. Dessert worth it. Our group had a little room to side kinda private. Drinks worth checking out to especially the rum punch. Thanks olive garden.
Excellent food, good service - our party of 8 were given 2 servers to ensure great service. Unfortunately, our table was located right by the main thoroughway which somewhat forced our servers to lean in to us. It ended up feeling very chaotic and somewhat claustrophobic. I'm glad our family had an enjoyable double-birthday celebration and kudos to our servers who hung in with us right to the end.
Was pretty good. But when you get the $5 dollar take home meals make sure you have them all. I called to let them know they said they would send a gift card to comp us but never got one it's been two weeks. Plus I never got a receipt. I spent over 150 dollars there. Not cool
I love Chicken Marsala and am very happy that Olive Garden added this to the menu. We prefer to sit in the bar when we come here. Seems like we get faster service.
Service was really good wait tome was no bother and we found seating really quick. Breadsticks were definitely were the perfect combination of warm, garlicky and buttery. The chicken & gnocchi was really good, so was the shrimp scampi. One thing to note is that there was a lot more vegetables than angel hair in the latter dish.
I just had the best dining experience THAT I HAVE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME!! It is New Years Eve!!! The entire staff took very good care of us! Our server, Eric, was so pleasant!!! They were so busy!! Eric made sure that we got our drinks our appetizer and our meal in a very timely fashion at a VERY DIFFICULT time of year!! I work for Nordstrom and I have very high standards!! This OLIVE GARDEN is the BEST!! We had an excellent dining experience!! The whole staff was genuinely friendly!! Thank YOU Eric and the whole staff!
The location is clean and the staff we dealt with all very friendly. The food was - as expected - very predictable in that Olive Garden restaurants tend to be very consistent. That said - as an Italian restaurant it's good - and hits the sweet spot of food quality - to - price balance. Neither the food nor the setting are what I would describe as 5 star - it's as close as it could be for a chain venue.
