I'm always down for ramen so I was quite excited that there was a ramen shop by my lodging.It's a nice and airy well lit restaurant with cool comic panels on the walls. Pretty fun and comfortable!The menu consists of some of the usual izakaya fare like gyoza, takoyaki and edamame, but it's missing some staples like chicken karage. They do have a small selection of yakitori though which these kinds of restaurants don't usually have. I ordered some bacon wrapped scallops yakitori which came out a bit chewy but not bad! I also had an order of takoyaki. They put a different spin on it by adding a spicy sauce that gave it a kick which was good. Unfortunately the tako/octopus ratio was really low. For a ball the size of a half dollar coin, I only usually got a small pencil eraser size chunk of octopus. Needs more chunk!They have the usual ramen soup selection like shoyu, miso, tonkotsu and some spicy selections as well. I got the basic shoyu to try it out (it's a staple!) and it was tasty! We did find that both of our ramen were missing the chashu pork/BBQ pork (gotta have the pork!!!) and they immediately remedied that by bringing us portions.I was also quite surprised that they have the summer cold ramen dish as well which I'll have to try out when I visit again. Also their that iced tea uses vanilla soy milk instead of half n half/condensed milk and it was pretty tasty.Overall, service was excellent ?. They remedied the couple snafus that happened quickly but still need to work on some dishes to make them awesome! I'd come back again!
GREAT FOOD! I haven’t eaten here since early last year (2021) becuz I had moved from the lower South Hill to Airway Heights. I had ordered my favorite ‘Tan Tan Men’ and the chicken was shredded and not cubed like before, so I must say that the taste was even better. Even though AWH is 10 miles away, I will be visiting more often for sure. BTW when I order my fav as take-out, I ask for the Tan Tan Woman not men ?. * Side Note: It was nice seeing Katie D, who is an awesome server/person - (Katie, I will be working on my tan) ?

This place is an EASY 5 stars from me. Some of the best food I've ever had. The prices were decent, the service was top notch. Our order got lost in the kitchen and they apologized for it, but it was absolutely worth the (small) wait. Will definitely Italy come back if I find myself in the area again.
I’m so glad I tried it again!! I had visited the first year they opened and it wasn’t my favorite. Brought my daughter tonight and we had a great dinner! She said the bowl was as big as her head.. she was right! We both enjoyed our food and our service was top notch and super friendly. This will be a regular for us now.
Seriously cool interior, super friendly staff and delicious bowls of noodles. We went here on the first snow day of the season and the piping hot bowls of soup gave us the warm and fuzzies. Exactly what we needed on a cold winter day. Recommend the pork tonkatsu. Will definitely be back.
Maybe I've had way too many authentic spots in the cities I've lived in. But this was pretty basic taste wise. Loved the restaurant and good service we had received.

Nudo Ramen House is the official Ramen plug here in Spokane in my book. After moving from Portland it was difficult to settle on just any ramen place here, but this place takes the crown. I ordered the Spicy Beef Ramen and the amount of flavors you get in each mouthful is enough to get any ramen connoisseur wondering why they haven’t stepped through these doors sooner.
