Thus far, in my search of a good Chinese Restaurant, this is the winner!I've eaten in for lunch and I've return for dinner takeout.Winner winner, CHINESE DINNER!

Very clean. Good portions of food but the almond chicken gravy had no flavor and was horrible tasting. Much prefer traditional brown gravy for almond chicken

Very surprising gem. Service was prompt , food is tasty and served hot !

Their food quality was poor and so the pricing was poor. Cold and thick sauces with overcooked meat. The grilled cheese was clearly kraft singles and white bread and it was not good. The soup was overly salty and made me ill.

It's not a fancy looking restaurant or has top quality chinese food selections, but for an American style Chinese menu it's good. There friendly and the food is served quickly and its always hot and fresh

Absolutely terrible food. Spent about 85 dollars for 5 people and each dish I ordered looked identical to dog food. The meat was extremely chewy and just tasted fake. To be quite honest every person in my family that had a bite also had extreme diarrhea short after.

The general's chicken and almond chicken we're unrecognizable from others that we have had elsewhere. My Dinner B combo was so bad that the only thing I ate was the egg drop soup. The egg drop soup was exceptional! Everything else ran the gamut from meh to inedible. The spring rolls tasted spoiled, the Shanghai or Bangkok beef (I can't remember which it was in the dinner B) had decent flavor but was mostly onions, the barbecued pork was dry. The almond chicken was just a mushy light brown mass. I've had some really bad Chinese food in Spokane but this was probably the worst!

New Harbour is the closest I've eaten yet to real Chinese in Spokane. The chow fun actually had the right size wide rice noodle and was delicious. Not the same as dim sum but darn close. The chicken and broccoli wasn't bad. The chicken could have been brined a little longer. It was just a tad dry. And the hot and sour soup wasn't very spicy but it had bamboo shoots, black tree fungus(chewy mushrooms) and lots of pork. Delicious!

I've always been happy with the service and the food is delicious especially the Chicken Fried Rice and Pot Stickers ? ?

Don’t be fooled by the outside or the Spartan decor inside. The food was very good, a nice portion and service was fast and friendly. And you can’t beat the price. No frills Chinese food.
