No complaints when it comes to the food but unfortunately the customer service was very poor. The three gals working seemed like they didn’t care about being welcoming towards the customers and were rude when I was asking simple questions. I haven’t gone into mod pizza for quite some time and they made me feel like i was an inconvenience when being unfamiliar with the menu and the flow of the restaurant. Though the food was amazing and I’m sure not all of the employees display this kind of behavior, this experience has made me not want to come back because it was uncomfortable and upsetting.

Chick in the picture was rude and was disappointed to have to grab me more ranch..plus cussing...was twice what pizza am I ordering as we were still looking at getting salads..as I said we are getting all salads the man said "that's odd".. this was at 9pm.. today
This place really has great Pizza and Salads! My only qualm would be that it seems a little too pricey for what you get, but that's kind of normal now with inflation the way it is. They have to make the bottom line - and so I get it. Anyway - back to the food. They have a lot to choose from in the way of sauces and toppings. You can be very experimental and I like how it's set up in such a way (kind of like Subway) where you can just tell them what you want on the pizza (unlimited toppings for all the same price by the way) and they make it for you exactly how you want! We'll be back! :D Nice choice of beverages too - and it's a good atmosphere!

Best pizza ever! Unlimited toppings, customized however you want for one one price! No fees or extra tacked on the bill. And the basalmic fig vinaigrette is amazing!
usually great product. ordered delivery today and they forgot my parmesan and my ranch dollops. Sorta disappointed
Amazing pizza chain!!! It's so awesome you get to pile the toppings sky high, and you don't get charged higher... Super quick as well!!! Gotta love brick oven!!! Decent prices on everything too!!!!
Pizza was amazing I will admit service was kind of lacking it wasn't very busy but you know I stood at the front of that line for the 10 minutes with nobody in front of me and probably a couple people behind me and me and my two boys still there for 10 minutes without even an employee looking at us so I don't know what was going on but there were at least five people working and it took 10 minutes for a single father of two children to even get so much as looked at and greeted
Love this place. Not only is it very easy to build your own pizza, but there is ready to make recipes for those that know what they like and keep it simple.
Overall amazing I just wish they had bigger and thicker crust pizzas they go two fast
