Yalinda, Sam and Matthew are my heros. I got discharged for the hospital and someone stole my money. They covered the cost of the pizza. That's amazing to do for someone. I came back the next day and tried to pay for what I owed to the store. They not only told me no they where happy to do it for someone in need. They should be the example of mod pizza employee. Caring and compassion

Pretty good pizza! But I had to wait in line for almost 20 minutes just to order, and there was only three people there before me. Not crowded at all.
When I walked in no one acknowledged us. After my daughter ordered I asked if they sold coffee and a tall gentleman behind the counter very rudly replied NO WE DON'T SELL COFFEE HERE. I was shocked to see such rudeness. I waited to see if anyone was going to offer an apology but instead, all teenagers behind the counter thought it was funny and started laughing. When I was walking away, this tall young man, waved at us giving us the finger at the end. Management should train these kids better customer service skills. Never ever will be going there.
My husband said it's a communion cracker with sauce. I don't think there is anyway they could put less cheese on my pizza. Mind you I ordered a cheese pizza with nothing else. The food lacked flavor, originality and heat. I fully regret my decision to order this.
I am rating 4 stars because I can't do 2 ratings. I would give 5 for the food but only 1 for the customer service. I order online because I am on my lunch hour and every, single time I go in (about 5 times now) I have to stand there for several minutes and absolutely no one acknowledges me. No "hello" or "welcome in" or "how may I help you", nothing. It is really frustrating. I love the food but I don't have time to wait around while my food gets cold and wastes my lunch hour
I thought it was a very nice place to eat located downtown Spokane. It was very convenient for us since we were in the area & hungry. Friendly staff & we got our Pizza quickly and was very delicious. Thank you ?
This place is AWESOME
They are always so nice abs listen to what you want without judgement. The ladies especially are really nice but the whole staff is amazing.
Ordered ahead in the app and my pizza was ready when I arrived. Tasted as fresh and delicious as always.
