THIS REVIEW IS ONLY ABOUT THE WOMAN TAKING ORDERS OVER THE PHONE. OR SHALL I SAY NOT TAKING ORDERS OVER THE PHONE BECAUSE SHE REFUSED TO TAKE MY ORDER. AT 9:25 P. M. THE SHIFT MANAGER TOLD ME THAT I COULD ORDER UNTIL 9:35 P. M. IT WAS 9:29P. M. & SHE WOULDN'T TAKE MY ORDER. THIS WAS MY FIRST ATTEMPT DOING BUSINESS WITH MOD PIZZA. IT WAS RECOMMENDED BY MY BUS DRIVER NAMED DAVE & A BOY AT CHURCH NAMED JUDAH. I WAS REALLY SUPER HUNGRY BUT THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID SHE WAS UNABLE TO TAKE ANY MORE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE. RATHER THAN ARGUE WITH HER, I THANKED HER & HUNG UP.
Literally this place used to be great gluten-free wise. They no longer put gluten-free crusts in the oven on a separate pan. So if you have celiac disease or are gluten free pick somewhere else and save yourself the agony. I didn't pitch a fit but my family and I won't be coming back.
Pretty good pizza for the price. A lot more options for toppings and would recommend to anyone
Prompt, friendly service with delicious pizza that is fully customizable. They make it right, and if there is a mistake they don't hesitate to fix it.
Pizza is good but I won't be back there is a young woman there named Katy she is a real piece of work nagging at me and my 84 year old Father in law the moment we walked in. Don't touch the glass don't learn near the glass. He got a little tea in a water cup and nagged at him lucky for him he is nearly deaf. Then I walked back up to pay for the tea in the water cup and started lecturing me Iike I did it the had the nerve to ask me what size of cup I wanted to buy to pay for his ice filled cup of ice tea.
$10 for an 11 inch pizza loaded up just the way I Wanted it. Good service, good pizza at a fair price. Thank you Mod.
The pizza is good, toppings fresh, marionberry lemonade is quite tasty. The dessert cakes are also surprisingly quality. For a chain this is a really good place to eat.
A Friday night and the line was out the door! I for one take that as a good sign, and didn't mind the unusually long wait. The employees were killing it, even up against some very rude customers, and my pizza came piping hot right out of the oven. My hat's off to the employees!
You should order online. if you order online you have a better chance on getting your food faster. They have more people working on online orders than customers waiting in line. It's a terrible system. Or maybe they are always short handed. Food is always good and staff is most of the time nice.
Love Mod Pizza. Have never been to this store and sadly it was a very disappointing experience. Showed up and the line was to the door with people. We though "great! That means it's good here!" Waited in line for about 10 minutes with zero movement in the line when a worker came out and started telling people it would be about an hour wait before we would get to order due to a high volume of online orders. What??? How does a place loke this not have a way to monitor online orders and balance online with in person orders?? I love that people are wanting to spend money for good food and can recognize that we live in a day and age were online ordering is the way to go but a restaurant should prioritize, or at the LEAST balance, in person orders. Didn't even get the chance to have the food, we were so hungry we left and went somewhere else!
