The owners are my next door neighbors! I gotta say, they are an awesome family. Adorable kids. Great family values. Very friendly, very attentive, and they make YOU feel like you're apart of the family especially while at their restaurant and that's the best part about the entire experience going there. Great date place too. Great family history. Great food. AMAZING ice cream!!! Literally made fresh. Can't say enough great things.
Guy Fieri needs to visit this place!! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and our large group swarmed on this place. Despite the rush we caused, the staff here was unbelievably accommodating and super efficient with the service. The burger was one of the best diner style burgers I have ever had. So flavorful and the perfect size. The shakes take me back to when I was a kid. Homemade ice cream and you get the mixer tin with the shake. This is a must visit in Spokane. I can’t believe Guy Fieri has not been here. This is totally down his alley.

Anytime I have friends in town we visit the Milk Bottle for a milkshake! So delicious and a staple of the garland district. Very nice staff as well.
One of the best milkshake in town. Great ice cream as well. Their menu consists of hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, fries, melts, and more. They have a wide selection of frost drinks like milkshakes, root beer floats, homemade ice tea, and more. They also have a few dessert choices. Their prices cannot be beat for great quality food you are getting. I usually take out my pickles and onion out my burger, but this place actually was the first for me to just leave my burger alone and eat it all together. The staff are friendly and attentive at a timely matter. I highly suggest this place if you want to beat the heat, a good home-made burger, and milkshake, you will not be disappointed.

Decent food, cute atmosphere and an awesome variety of ice cream desserts! They make their own buns and I think the fries are homemade also. I had a bacon cheeseburger.
The staff was great! Our waitress was awesome and the manager was on the floor making sure we were taken care of. The food was a different story. Nothing was seasoned. Fries weren't tossed in any salt or pepper, the chicken was bland, and the pineapple on some of the dishes was basically jelly. All the menu items were over priced for its quality. Even the milkshakes which they pride themselves on were tasteless. They tasted as if they put more milk in to save money on the flavored ice cream and it showed.
the food and prices were excellent. I recommend the bacon cheese burger xl.
