We went in this Father’s Day went inside so they wouldn’t mess up our order and specifically told the girl behind the counter we want A dozen bismarks and then another half dozen maple and the other half original. They were busy and the girl was pretty quick we paid got home and noticed the bismarks did not have Bavarian cream filling but whipped cream with too much sugar it was so gross!! We called to tell them they messed up our order and nobody answered. They still to this day have not fixed their mistake by giving us the wrong doughnuts. I am very disappointed I don’t know if I’ll ever go back.???
Charged me the order from the car behind me. Then to try and make it up they gave me expired coupons
It's a nice place to go if you crave a donut in the middle of the night. Not sure if the drive thru is still open 24/7. Not nearly as good as ones from Super one, Donuts Parade and Friday Morning. I voted them down a star because it seems like the lobby is never open and I usually prefer going inside because the line is always shorter inside than in the drive through unless a youth sports team is there.
We just stopped at your store. The gentleman working was amazing! Helpful and friendly! True asset to your business!! Not sure if his name. Black jacket and wearing a head set.
Not very many doughnuts on display; they were all on the racks along the back wall . So, you had to ask if they had the one you wanted in the back. I'm not sure why they weren't restocking. All of the doughnuts we bought were dried out. A little disappointed, well, I guess the place can only be as good as the employees make it. The supervisor must not be on his game. Step it up and make it happen.
The chocolate doughnut with sprinkles was so yummy! I also got a frozen mocha latte and it was amazing! If I was going to get anything of the menu it would be that!
Pre-ordered and picked up a dozen. Stuffed selections in my opinion are too sweet but the original glazed donuts are the best. People very friendly and service was fast and efficient. I think the prices are reasonable as you know you are getting mostly fresh made donuts at the same price as a grocery store.
This Kirsty Kreme used to be the best one in town tonight my husband and I went in there were 5 employees the place was empty with 2 cars in the drive thru, 2 girls on the window and everyone else making chocolate covered donuts (even though strawberry was the only one they were out of) no one asks us for 5 minutes what we need. Everyone stands there like we’re aliens. When we finally order (a dozen assorted and 4 minis because as I said they had no strawberry so had to do the minis which are astronomically priced anyway but whatever I really wanted the strawberry so whatever). Get to the register and it’s only 3 dollars less then 2 dozen assorted so that was fun but hey right so those minis better be good….we get home and the girl who was so annoyed that she had to work (they were all annoyed to be at work honestly…2020s crew was the happiest crew ever these ones yikes!) ONLY put 2 of the 4 in the bag. The best part was she obviously was screwing up orders up cause the guy behind us had come in from the drive thru and we heard him as we were leaving and he had to wait all that time with us. This crew isn’t a good one and really doesn’t represent what Kirsty Kreme has always had working there. When you sell very astronomically expensive donuts in a time like this, customer service should be top priority!
I was not impressed with the gal helping me. I was juggling 2 toddlers and trying to get my mask out when she rudely insisted I put on a mask... now mind you the people walking out weren't wear a mask and two guys that came in behind us wasn't either and she said NOTHING to them. She didn't offer me there donut promotion or even ask if I was a rewards membe, she sure offered it to the next few groups. Also I had 2 kids... didn't offer them the cute hats but the family after us were given them....
The last review is absolutely true. I forgot my mask . Instead of being kind and just saying " Hey can you PLEASE put on a mask? " the lady rudely said " we require masks." I have a condition that is private. Instead of being kind and calmly asking me to put on a mask, she was condescending and demanding. When I complied and put on the mask, she couldn't hear me. I couldn't even speak up because she made me so nervous with her rudeness. I've been to this location many times and I haven't had any issues until now. I get that some people aren't really customer service oriented, but you could at least try, right? I won't go back to this location. There is a way to be kind and ask someone a request without being rude and condescending. She totally talked down to me like she was better than me. I definitely think customer service should not be her occupation.
