Super friendly staff! But....chicken was not fresh kinda rubbery, expected better as I paid $70 for my entire meal.
Very disappointed.First time ordering online. My order should have been ready by 7:20 p.m. front doors were locked already. I was then forced to sit in the drive-thru for almost 25 minutes.The fries were dumped in the bottom of the bag with an empty container on top of them. They were not dumped from me. The container was upright. All of the fries were cold. I believe they were very understaffed. I use this store a lot. Trash was on the floor that they walked around. It looked like somebody had thrown a box container on the ground and walked out. If I cannot trust them to put fries in my bag properly how can I trust them to prepare the food properly.
So-so or meh is the best way to describe the experience. The service was great. The employees communicated well when letting me know about the delay for extra crispy chicken.
DO NOT EAT HERE! Our entire family felt sick this evening after eating lunch here earlier this afternoon. We are all having major stomach issues. We called the restaurant and they said no way it can be our food. We were all fine I til we ate here. Save yourself a constant trip to the bathroom and go somewhere else.
Just went through and they forgot my son's Mac and cheese. Also there were no napkins or utensils in bag. Called to let them know and someone answered and just hung the phone up without saying anything.
Online ordering is a joke. Leave after they say my order is completed and ready for it to be picked up. Turns out it was never close to being made. Waited for 5 minutes and no one helped or offered to help. Then they said it’d be a few minutes until my order would be ready. 20 minutes later and still no food. Had to talk to the ASM to get anything done and get my food. They didn’t seem urgent to take care of customers at all. This KFC has lost my business and will be going else where
My partner and I wanted to try the Beyond combo which I believe comes with fries. I had to repeat my order multiple times. After making my order clear 3 times they still messed up our order. We ordered the beyond combo, mash potatoes and gravy, mac, and biscuits. We got the meal without the fries. And they also left out the mash potatoes and gravy that I had ordered. And their brisk tea tasted like dirt. This was my first time ordering from KFC and I’m absolutely disappointed. The staff was very distracted and clearly not listening. Also when I asked for the sauce they did not give me those sauces.

Right when my fiancé and I drove up to the speaker to order our food the lady working the window made it clear that she hated her job because of the lack of customer service she had. Also our food looked & tasted like trash, supper disappointed! Probably should hire better employees tbh.
OMG great service and attitude especially from the drive thru worker named Jacob, he had a smile and was willing to help. Jacob also explained they were out of soda jugs and gave us the same amount in individual cups. Food was fresh and service was fast.
