The line was long so was going to order online to pick up. Could not log in and tried to reset password atleast 3 times but no reset email and did all those steps at the website and the app. Went thru drive thru. The drive thru window and surrounding is really gross dirty. Its actually made me sick to my stomach and ruined my appetite. They were out of most soda flavor sk got what he said was a mt.dew flavor I had not heard of. It tastes terrible. Watered down. I asked for light ice. Is it fake? Maybe the the end of someone elses drink. YUCK! Fries were half full. Had half the chicken as normal. Famous bowl. The packaged cookie was great. Smh Tried to email but it just stays on the same site homepage.
Disappointed. Ordered 3 chicken tender meal. Tenders were small. Mashpotatoes warm not hot. Biscuit very small. Cookie ?. Charged me for a bag. When she could of just given me the box. DisappointedNot worth 9.89
They post one price on line, a higher price on the reader board and then charge $3.00 more than that when you pay! Not willing to discuss it so I just left without my meal or paying them!

I visited Monday evening it was not very busy the staff and customer service was spot on. Having a variety of A&W and KFC is awesome something for everyone the drive thru is a bit narrow and I can only imagine a bit challenging in the winter over all great experience. In reading some of the other comments it may be worth another try everywhere is working so short staffed especially in this industry patience and kindness go along way
Ordered through UberEATS and when we got our meal there was no condiments that were suppose to be with it, they said there was nothing they could do because they are busy and it is an UberEATS issue even though it's KFC that fills the bag and seals it. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting for a while which kind of contradicts the whole "busy" issue. Never had issues with other KFC's but this one seems to have a few problems.
Their lobby is always closed, I have to stay in line behind 10 cars each time to pick up an Uber order that is already ready.
Ordered one meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and got a few fries instead. Then the other meal should have been extra crispy breast but you see it has no skin on it. Very disappointed!! Also ordered a 1/2 gallon of lemonade and they gave me a large as well as only one drink with my meals instead of two. Get it together kfc
