Put in my mobile order at 1 p.m. to be picked up at 5 p.m. when I showed up they hadn't even started it! What is the point of a mobile order if I have to stand there at the time I'm supposed to pick it up, and wait for it to be started? KFC is pretty expensive as far as fast food goes so I'm pretty disappointed and probably won't come back
The manger Dylan is the youngest manager I have ever seen at a KFC!!! And I can see why!!! Dylan took our order with patience and courtesy that is rare to see at any restaurant. I would even have to say Generous would describe Dylan's service.The food and the welcome we received had us stretching out in our both enjoying conversation for a half hour after we had finished dining, with no sense of push for us to leave. I have dined at KFC, I suspect, prior to having teeth. At 59, with many visits under my expanding belt. including being served by friends, this trip was my Best ever : )Dylan infused the service with Humor and Welcome! He was prompt and knowledgeable. no hassle no odd questions. Just, Yes Sirs, no maybes. The food was hot and served on trays Not in BOXES. It is the little positive details that make for a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I will be back, and faced with the distance split decision, which KFC? Oh yeah, Go To 4000 block of North Division.You won't be disappointed with the Excellent food or the Excellent Service. Dylan must be supported by an EXTRAORDINARY STAFF, to make This KFC such a Wonderful Experience!!!Oh man... It's like I can't wait to go back!!! Again and again. And I have gone back, NEVER TO BE DISSAPOINTED.KFC IS A JOY! A wonderful childhood memory. DYLAN IS A DELIGHT, A TRUE CREDIT TO KFC!!! I left smiling and HAPPY. and Full. Everything was hot as it should be Bixby I absolutely enjoyed the customer service no joke. I highly suggest visiting this place Not only was the service fast but it was very polite. Definitely coming back.
I absolutely love KFC!! They are one of my all time favorite restraunts around! And they aren't to overly priced either which I can't really complain about either!
Terribly poor customer service!NEVER EVER SEEM to have fried chicken ? even though that's the name of the place Kentucky fried chicken right there in the name but NEVER EVER SEEM to have fried chicken no matter what time of day. Lazy kids who don't wanna go the process of fried chicken to cook more for the customers! Just doesn't have any appeal to these workers at say... KFC it's almost idiotic !?
Absolutely delicious and what amazed me the most was one of the employees who helped me get the best deal for my buck!! I thought that that employee really cares about the customer, so I want to say thank you to that individual. Her mannerism towards me wasn't KFC doing(8 know you guy's had a part in it in teaching them about customer service, but this was different. She Her upbringing and her thoughtfulness is what grabbed my attention! Thanks again KFC for hiring her. And also for your great food, which I only eat very seldom.
this kfc wasn't bad. our food was hot and ready quickly. i will say the drive through gets yo be a mess when there's 5 or more cars in line.
So it is apparently IMPOSSIBLE to order 8 pieces of regular chicken and 4 tenders in a combo; even though, you can get a 12 piece combo.The service to the customer breaks my heart. Businesses that love customers and will bend over backwards for them closed their doors because of COVID. Yet places that would be happy to give every b.s. line in the book than help the customer stayed open.
Only thing good is the drinks. Just terrible food it was hard chicken and dry had to drench in hot sauce. The potatoes were pasty and chalky. My kids refused to eat the biscuits because they were so hard and the coleslaw was so wet it was more like soup. Do not go here. Plus there was like 8 people working what the hell were they doing if they're not making fresh delicious food. Willl NEVER eat here again... 5:30 on 11/5/21
