Great place, great food, great service from great people, and their new GM sure has been doing a great job maintaining a great restaurant.
I was a bit disappointed last week when I went to order chicken strips. We asked for all BBQ sauces, but we received BBQ and ranch. Very very few BBQ and an abundance of ranch.Needless to say, we ate alot of dry tenders that night.But tonight, we went and ordered and asked for BBQ sauce, and got all BBQ sauce. I'm glad it wasn't a repeat. I think her name was Alexandria, I hope you're paying her enough.
Highly disappointed in the customer service that we received through the drive thru. Denied a meal of dark meat only, couldn't add the sides we wanted, butter and honey left out of our order for the biscuits. The whole experience was bad all the way around. The attitude of the woman taking our order was the ultimate upset. I feel we should get our money back. But we all can guess where that will go.
The last three times we've visited this location they have not got my order correct. Twice I caught it before we left, but tonight we made it home to find our order was messed up. The person taking our order, drive-thru, had to be coached along by us for our order. Instead of asking questions that should be part of the ordering process she just assumed what we wanted. At the window she was distracted by taking another order rather than focusing on the customer at the window who was trying to pay and ask a question. And again part of our order was missing. Such a disappointing bunch of people working at this location. I work retail so I get customer service and difficult customers, but I saw zero effort towards customer service and I am not a difficult customer. One mess up, okay... two, kinda becoming a habit... three, that's just a poor way to run a business.
Don't preorder online, I arrived 10 minutes earlier than pickup time, food was sitting there for ten minutes. According to an employee. Food was cold and order was wrong. Didn't receive the biscuits I paid for. Hope we don't get sick from eating this food.
Lady was rude and couldnt even do the order I wanted and wouldn't let me pick the sides I wanted very disappointed been going here forever guess I'll have to find a new KFC if not a new chicken place all together
Asked if we wanted to add a apple turnover to our meals for $1 and we said yes. Never got them. Took us for another $3. I'm so done with this store. Always leaving something out of your meal.
KFC is hard to beat. Their Chicken sandwich is almost as good as Popeye's, and honestly I think I'd fail a blind taste test between them. However, Spokane is not blessed by great crews at all of its KFC locations. I will NOT go to the one on 29th ever again because of how badly they have repeatedly messed up my order. THIS location, on NWBLVD is awesome. Consistently friendly, competent and clean. This is the only location in Spokane that I have full confidence the food will be tasty and the order will be right.
The chicken was juicy, hot and so good!
