Sandwiches are on point always, as far as customization, the staff attitude/energy gets 3/5 especially when asking for management, the topper is the insanely small lot that has a yellow parking guard “broken and flopped over” scratched my 80 thousand dollar pick-up, I buffed it out myself for a successful fix but upon notifying the establishment that their lot damaged my truck and that it should be fixed before someone else’s investment suffers the same fate, the yellow flopped pole is still there for any person to hit even if turning extra wide.
I ordered a very basic sandwich on my lunch break - a Turkey Tom minus the lettuce and tomatoes , but add cheese and what I received was a sloppily made sandwich with Turkey, lettuce and cheese. I wish people would start listening when people order food instead of doing whatever they want.
Perfect go-to for fast, affordable and healthier option. Their drive thru is very convenient and we eat here at least once/week. My kids love the slim John sandwiches
The delivery is always fast, regardless of what time I order. The sandwich is also always made well, with fresh ingredients! I’m never unimpressed.

Asked for a simple turkey sandwich with lettuce mayo yellow mustard and turkey. I got some other mustard and my sister asked for no tomatoes and no mayo got both in a heap.Never again
Incredible food. Love that you can customize sandwiches even for delivery. Just need to double check bag for all small items, like cookies.
Slowest Jimmy John's ever I dont know what was going on they had 7 people in there we ordered 1 sandwich and 2 sodas and it took atleast 15 minutes. And there was no one else on line. Absolutely ridiculous.
