They really charged me for expensive sandwhich took everything off and charged me to add turkey when all I ordered was a turkey sandwhich, every single one of the employees was disgustingly rude like they have no home training, tried charging me 47 dollars for 2 sandwhiches and literally only wanted a sub with turkey and Mayo….. lol nice scamming !!!

Need to hire more drivers and/or offer better pay to hire more.Place an order and waited over an hour before I decided to call to make sure it went through. I was then placed on hold for 10+ minutes. I called back two more times before I was able to finally get ahold of someone.I was told their only driver was swamped and it would still be 30+ minutes.Absolutely insane and terrible customer services when I was trying to get a hold of them.This isn’t the first issue I have had with this location in the recent months. Something’s gotta give eventually you would think.

They cut their hours and are literally never open. The hours they are open are around dinner time, doesn't make any sense.

NOT WORTH THE RISK (ZERO STARS IF I COULD)So, I have had MULTIPLE ISSUES with this store.Back in December I had an issue with their in store pick up system and their staff not marking it as ready. Leaving me to sit an extra 45 min in my car for my sandwich. That wasn't marked ready or placed in the pick up area. Wrapped and forgotten behind the counter…I have had 2 issues since. This second one has really pushed me over.The first time was a month ago, when I tried their service for delivery. I ordered a little too close to closing but I didn't think it should've been an issue (especially since it let me put in an order) .... it took an hour and a half to get my sandwich to me. And all the driver had to say was "I'm sorry for the wait" and turned and left. (My assumption was that they closed and took the time to clean the store before they brought me my sandwich on their way home)Today! I unwrap my sandwich, and proceed to tuck in the meat and veggies so they aren't falling out. I noticed it looked weird. Maybe I got the wrong sandwich. Nope. They just missed the important part of my sandwich. The #12 beach club. I was supposed to get a turkey+ sandwich. There was ONLY PROVOLONE. NO TURKEY (photo added) and then the rest of the veggies. BUT the guac was yellow in places, and the pickles were OLD.I'M UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTED.

The manager of the Division store is awesome. A week prior I ordered a sandwich on the app. It was a big ol sandwich too. He delivered it to me and asked if it was difficult or messy to eat. I laughed and said, "it would be easier if I could put on the app to wrap each half; that way you can eat it like a burrito." Today I ordered a sandwich on the app and the manager remembered me and wrapped each half individually. There isn't a way on the app for special instructions. Super cool, made my day.

General Manager at this locaction is really bad instead of fixing a problem she will make excuses or be rude to you. Corporate needs to get involved fast. I plan on reaching out to them.

They're not that bad. But they're not that special either. The store its self was great but Jimmy Johns is just another sub place to be honest.

These guys are great and friendly when making and delivering food. The sandwiches are great and the unwiches are too! Highly recommend the blt unwich, mmmm. ^_^

Not "freaky fast" in any way!This location used to be my favorite to order from, so fast and tasty. But within the last 6 months the service has gotten soooo bad, I've waited over 2 hours to receive my delivery of 1 sandwich and 1 cookie. food looks like it was just thrown together, messy and gross. Such a disappointment. Absolutely terrible!

unfortunately does not deliver east of nevada. 1.1 miles is too far for this jimmy john's delivery :( other locations deliver within 2-3 miles at the least, so i'm not sure why this one is so limited. the food is good and service is good, the delivery being so unusually limited is the main issue. i have sent in feedback multiple times through the jimmy john's website throughout the past few years, no change.
