Usually always come here and buy small amounts of bread rolls and they are more than happy to do it. Cashier today tells me they have no bread while there is atleast 50 foot long bread rolls right in front of me on a cart. I motion over to the cart and they basically tell me too bad they will not sell me any and walk away from me.Horrible customer service and extremely disrespectful. Probably the last time I visit this location.
All I asked for was easy Cappicola...this is what I got for 9 dollars. I usually get delivery same sandwich every time and it does not come like this... I love JJ but today was all disappointment, and I'm left wondering why the inconsistency. I ordered online for pick up, I mean who cares it shouldn't be any different.
The #1 reason I love Jimmy John's is because they have written all the names I've asked for on my sandwiches. Which makes it fun to order and send people food. All my request are appropriate and so today I wanted my sandwiches to say "Happy Birthday Tony" and other funny ones and they just wrote "Tony". And didn't do the other names fully either. The reason I'm upset is because today is my sons 15th birthday. And you never know what little gestures mean to someone. Today my son didnt get of feel the extra love of his birthday. Point is jimmy John's has been consistent with me....which means someone on the crew today must have been having a bad day. And so they put there bad energy off on my sandwiches because they didnt write the names fully. And an employee told me the reason could have been because they are busy. I worked in fast food and that busy excuse doesnt work because I was able to fulfill my customers orders properly to the customers expectations. So the point is today I was just trying to make my son smile and surprise him with lunch. Part of the surprise was suppose to be the HAPPY BIRTHDAY TONY on his sandwich. So I hope that person who was to busy to fulfill my whole order is having a lovely day. But dont bring your attitude to work. I'm sure your management team will take this a hilarious joke. But you never know what someone is going through and the little things that dont matter to you may matter to someone else.From: Tiffany
Excellent customer service!!! Tonight their delivery driver was super sweet she brought my dog a treat and even took the time to know my name so she could use it to tell me to have a great evening made me smile!!
Grabbed a quick lunch. Servers were great! However, the menu felt a little different and what I ordered (thinking it was my usual) ended up being a dry sandwich with no veggies, only meat and cheese. Added my own condiments later and it was okay.
Food was good but, the last 4 times we ordered delivery they couldn't figure out our address. It took over an hour to get our food and we only live 7 minutes away.
Got 2 items that were wrong and a lovely long nasty hair in one sandwich. Yuck! Never ever again!
We hadn't been to JJ in a while because of Covid. I decided to stop and get a couple Unwitches for my husband and myself for dinner, I have to say we were disappointed. The food was just ok it seems like they used less meat and put shredded lettuce in a lettuce wrap. I have never had anyone put shredder lettuce in a lettuce wrap before, I'm not sure we will be going back.
Good , will be nice to their smile ! They should not been obligated to use just because a vaccine ! If is the same case as the other places Freedom is Freedom for everyone! A smile a real one is A Great customer service ¡!!¡ Thank you I'm here fighting for what is right !
Went through the drive thru.. got 3 unwich. I had tuna.. never been here, but I will go back.. enough said..
