Pretty disappointed lately with your store. I order all the time. Lately the rolls you give me and my family are STALE and hard as a rock and it hurts to eat the food, why would you serve stale rolls? Also, the kids you hire to serve us need to have more respect, I stood there for 45 min passed my pickup time waiting for only 2 sandwiches while others orders and got their food almost in 5 min, so what is the deal?
I really wanted to turn around and leave once I started noticing how dirty the shop was. But I had a child who wanted to eat there. Tha sandwich had plenty of meat on it and the bread was fresh. But I found it to taste rather bland. I probably won't be back.

First time here, ordered the 26 ( chicken bacon ranch ) and it was extremely tasty . I would say a tad more expensive then other sub places but it is completely worth it. Place was clean and orderly. Nice, professional, proper as well as informative employees. I will be coming back! I do hope I enjoy the same team that was working 3-17-22 from 1:40 to 2 pm cause damn they are wonderful.
I placed an online order which was supposed to be ready at 4:39pm. I didn't leave with my food until 5:18pm, while I waited inside watching them fill all the walk in business first. This isn't the first time, though it's the worst.This place has taken a massive dive in the last 2 years. I used to order twice a week. Then in the last couple of years, it's been a couple times a month because you never know if it's going to be worth it or not. After this latest experience, I'm done.You never know what you're going to get for your money. (Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's just enough to say that they included what you ordered) Your food likely won't be ready when it should be, and management isn't nice.This place is no longer worth the trip.
Will never go back. The manager was ignorant of customers and not friendly. Also, the deli meat case was disgusting and it looked like someone sneezed on the outside glass, and health code was being violated because meats were being sliced and not wrapped when put back in the case, potentially spreading food borne illness to other customers. I also had to use the restroom before leaving and diarrhea and blood was crusted and stained on both the inside of the toilet seat and in the toilet bowl. Not even a cockroach would want to stay the night here.
Well I was enjoying the sandwich until I found a long hair in the 2nd half of my sub. I'm not sure if the other one had it but this is pretty gross. Will not go back

When your roast beef has gone bad…. Throw it out, don’t put it on your customers sandwiches. We use to do business here about 3 times a month, but when you can no longer trust the product you are being served it becomes too risky. Certain employees (can’t say all…. It’s very inconsistent here) seem to be overly concerned with who has a mask on and who doesn’t, maybe they should be more concerned with product quality.
