I've always loved this place, but this was one of my poor experiences being served.4/15/22 2:37pmThe cashier Mikayla seemed confused and rushed when there was not a line.Soda machine was down, and very poor communication on her part.However the other folks made up for the experience with sympathy and a free sub coupon.
This is the second time in 60 days that my husband and I walked in tried to order a walked out. 7 to 8 people workers during dinner hour. Nobody in the restaurant. Tabled totally dirty. Nobody says hello to u. Nobody tried to take my order. I stood in front of the order station and was jgnoi. Went to register and was ignored. Finally got to order and after order was told that it will be awhile to cook our sandwichs. So again we walked out. This time we went next door to the new restaurant that is next to them and it is some kind of kaboob place and so so good and worth the money and time. Thank goodness I was so hungry. Makes me sad about jersey Mike's and there horrible service. I did at one time like there place to eat at.
I like Jersey Mike’s but the last time I ordered, I got a veggie sandwich plus pickles and Mayo, and it came with no lettuce, tomato, or onion. I repeat, a veggie sandwich without veggies. I tried calling and the phone was “busy”. It was a gross sandwich and I did not get a follow up.
To expensive for a sandwich you can't actually customize just add or remove. No easy or extra. Leave a note and it gives a notice saying you can add or remove. Rude. Over $10. For bread lettuce turkey mayo and bacon, no drink no chips just sandwich you can actually customize.
What a disappointment! I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and chicken cheesesteak. They were awful. 21.00 was a waste! Arbys has much better sandwiches than these. Also, Firehouse subs are unbeatable! These don’t even deserve a 1 rating!
Mike needs to prioritize in store customers. Crazy long wait while they prepare sandwiches for people who arent even in store. Rude! Maybe have an in person crew and a seperate on line crew. Cant stop here for lunch on a work day. Takes to long.

If you read this then do yourself a favor and choose any other sandwich place, unless you like flavorless, bland, and boring. Here’s my reasons: I got 3 different sandwiches with different kinds of meat. All 3 tasted exactly the same… bland and flavorless. The meat and cheese are cut so thin and such little portion that I couldn’t taste them at all. The only reason the sandwiches looked large is the completely outrageous amounts of shredded lettuce they put on it. The lettuce has no flavor either. Even the bread didn’t taste good. I asked for extra mayonnaise on mine. Apparently the mayonnaise doesn’t add any extra flavor. It makes me wonder what it actually was. The price for such a boring bland sandwich was ridiculous. I personally will not be returning, even if it were free.
Was here years ago and it was totally awesome! Went there Sunday November 28th and ordered 2 sandwiches the staff was hard to hear and understand, they totally put the customer behind us in line to receive our second sandwich . It was also missing the Chipotle .
