I am a Doordash Driver. When I arrived to get my order, I realized that the lobby was closed. Because of this I had to go through the drive through. It took me 25 MINUTES to get to the window. When I asked the rude girl working there what was taking so long, she replied saying that there was only two of them there. This was an outright lie, as I could see at least 4 people through the drive-through window, all of whom were joking around and laughing rather than doing their jobs. After telling me this, she shut the window, and I proceeded to wait for another 5 minutes. Because of the laziness of this restaurant's staff, my order was 30 MINUTES LATE. I will not be coming back. As a driver or a customer.

Ordered on the app and waited for over 30 minutes in the lobby and the $35 order I had already paid for still had not come through on their end. I know this was not the employees fault it was an app issue, the 2 employees who were working handled it very well and got me the order after calling the manager because apparently there is not a manager on shift at all times... which is also wierd. Those 2 girls need somebody else there to help them out with issues they don't know how to fix. That's what management is for....

Tables were all dirty, napkin holders mostly empty, soda machine was out, no paper towels in bathroom, toilet paper on the floor not in the holder, exposed power cord for a fan across the floor as you enter the doors. The front counter employee was busy changing menu sign. There were no other customers. She stopped to attend to the soda machine after we ordered but did not attend to the bathroom after we told her twice.

Lady taking orders was great but the place itself was just not good. All out of everything. Went there with my client and our driver for lunch they both had no lettuce on their burgers our drivers meal was cold they had 1 pickle on their burgers, couldn't get their own drinks because half the items were out, when asked what was going on we were told the truck had not shown up yet (it's MONDAY AFTERNOON) and they had not been paid. When asked to speak to a manager they informed us their manager was not there! Whoever is running this jack in the quack needs to step it up! The one right down the street was 10x more put together! AND PAY THOSE EMPLOYEES!

It's rare to find a fast food joint that is willing to accommodate a truck driver outside of lobby hours, your staff not only accommodated, but provided an amazing experience! Bravo and thank you!

Ordered a burger with extra patty and they give me extra lettuce and whats worse is the burger wasnt even close to good quality. Need to be more thorough and precise with the online orders and not rip people off peoples money when they want extra patty. Very disappointed

We had the rudest girl working the drive through. She was unable to get our order correct after telling her 6 times. She read the order back incorrectly and when we corrected her she told someone around her (while the headset was still on) that this "F-ing lady is arguing with me. Im not dealing with thus s**t!". We left and immediately texted the area manager who had the store manager contact us. The Store Manager was extremely nice and assured us that she would be talking to this girl and that she would probably be looking for a new job due to this incident.

I ordered a number 4 witch is a jumbo jack with cheese meal and this is the second time that this has happened to me where there is no cheese on my jumbo jack then when I get to the window there are a bunch of people standing around one is wrapped up in a black and white blanket another is nor even dressed in a uniform all of these people are behind the counter and standing by the drive through window. Very poor service and I will never again go to this jack in the box.

Ordered a sourdough Jack combo meal, received it with no onions, when I called they said that they didn’t have any onions left. And I said “well then, shouldn’t I be able to go ahead and get another one since they screwed up on my order.. They should have notified me of the situation…The manager of the Spokane Washington division Street Jack-in-the-Box told me that it wasn’t their responsibility to get me another one and its not their fault since the truck did not come in with the products… TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Will call and dispute the charge in my Visa card…

Absolute WORST management of staff possible. What moron did not know Christmas would be busy? You have people sitting in drive thru for over 45 minutes, then when you get a little stressed out you just close. If you need to hire more people you are already doing it wrong. Hire managers who aren't going to just quit when things get tough.
