I ordered on the app and had it delivered. My order was half missing. I was told that I would have to eat the charges because they wouldn't refund me, but if I drove by, i could have the missing items another time. I don't have transportation. When I got upset that I wouldn't be eating, Lexi laughed and told me to call corporate and hung up on me. Another store had to handle her bad customer service. Kudos to the division/ruby store to having good customer service.
Went to Jack n box on market horrible service and cost. They charged my 18.00 for chicken stripped and poppers. I received no receipt and called to ask why the cost was so much. They charge 50 cents to substitute curly fries for reg fries. They charge 5 dollars to up size to a large meal. So you could buy a another meal for there extra charges. Where McDonald’s only charges 1 dollar to up size and Burger King substitutes fries for tots for free. This is not the mention the bad service I received. The person at the window Hayley who shut the window on me when I was trying to ask about my receipt and who also hung up on me when I called to ask about the added cost, because online it says 4 piece chicken is 6.89 and poppers are 4.19. I was charged 17.42. I will never go to a Jack n box again.
Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, I believe the girl who helped us was Lexi. She was playing with one of the kids hair and and scratching all over which I find to be very unhygienic working with food. She then finally tells after 10 minutes or so to pull forward for fresh chicken. When we received our food everything was luke warm. I did not appreciate the attitude or service
Made a spill on accident and the employees just looked while doing nothing, had to walk back and forth getting napkins and wiping it all, was eating at other fast food restaurants and employees INSTANTLY helped customers wipe them, the employees at this store didn’t. the bathroom had a horrible smell not sure what it is but it was bad.
They had me park at the entrance for fresh chicken but then gave me ice cold fries. That's not even an exaggeration! A previous trip had the drive thru line so long, I was stuck in front of the order speaker box and the woman on the other end kept snapping at me to pull forward. I'm not paying for a new car for the person in front of me. Told her I couldn't pull forward and it went radio silent. The wait time isn't worth the cold food. Someone needs to get health department in there.
We went through the drive through, my husband ordered me a GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD. Super rude during ordering saying "is that all?" after literally every word my husband said. Get home, salad has zero chicken. Called and spoke with Kara, who was running the shift. Not only was she snarky with her tone, but basically told me it's my fault there was no chicken on it because I didn't tell them what kind of chicken. I'm pretty sure it's in the name. I wanted it grilled, hence the order of GRILLED CHICKEN salad. When I brought the salad back to have it remedied, I was given a bowl with a whole peice of chicken dripping in grease. I had to ask for a lid. I've been coming to this location for 12+ years. I won't be back, this was unacceptable.

So they are always closed when Google says that they are open. You're also very limited to the times you're able to order for pick up. It's gotten very annoying to check to see if they are open only to arrive and find they are closed when they are clearly listed as open. This wasn't a one time occurrence this has happened multiple times over the last few months. They need to adjust their open hours to reflect their real open hours so people aren't wasting their gas and time to come get food when they aren't even open.
There was mold on the bun of my breakfast sandwich I got today. I got half way through it and started smelling and tasting the mold before I realized there were little specs all over it. The egg looks questionable too.
Went in on Wednesday around 130pm had a worker at the register doing something didn’t approach me and a cook waving his hands back and forth and a girl talking on the phone not a single person helped me or offered to say anything sat there for 10 minutes for nothing worse customer service never again done with them
