No stars..Absolutely disgusting service and food, no salt on the fries some were over and undercooked! they decided to completely cover my chicken nuggets in cinnamon intentionally and there manager Michael laughed and hung up on me!! No apologies given and the employee and management are so rude! Won’t be visiting this location or Jack in the box for that Matter!! Learn customer service when you make a mistake. I’ll take my business else where!!
I went through the drive thru an ordered cheesy fry's and a sprite and my fries are literally half full
This place needs better owners. Broken equipment all the time but the crew is amazing. They are why I go. By short of stuff breaking down alot. Doesn't look like the owners care about it.
Just stopped by and purchased 2 combos and 2 breakfast sandwiches and a shake. They seriously gave me a dried out nasty piece of chicken for my spicy chicken combo. Not acceptable. Whoever made my sandwich knew that crusty dried excuse for chicken wasn't fresh and still served it. Whoever made it is poorly representing your restaurant and selling low quality product. I threw the rest of it away and lost my appetite for the rest of my food because it upset my stomach. Thank you so much for that. A 40 dollar meal and 20 dollars of it was wasted because old chicken makes me feel nauseous.
Called in 50 breakfast Jack's for work. They said no problem be about 30 mins. Showed up the brought everything out bagged and hot in 30 mins.
Only place open on New Years at 1am otherwise i wouldn’t have put myself in this situation. The first red flag was how the drive through greeted us as a McDonald’s. They didnt have Coca Cola, no tacos, and Didnt give us all of our items.On top of all that my stomach has been upset and hurting for 2 days now.
Ordered food with a coupon and as soon as I said we had a coupon, the attitude started and we shuttled through as fast and as rude as possible. It was quite ridiculous. Don't offer coupons if you don't want the public to use them.
Oct 30th, 2021 midnight, we ordered 2 large fries, a junior jumbo jack and a chicken sandwich, plus a sourdough jack..let's start with the cold fries that didn't even fill the large container... So we throw them away, that cold and old, bite into a hard chicken sandwich...throw that away.. seriously hard chicken. Sourdough jack was on non toasted sourdough!! Never before have I seen non toasted sourdough bread.. to top all this off!!!! No joke, frozen hamburger patty on the junior jumbo jack!! Frozen patty!! I feel disrespected.. I almost drove back to throw this food back.in the window.. I'll wait till a decent hour and call manager.
This jack and the box actually makes great fresh food. I was pleasantly surprised after the last few jack meals I've received! I wondered if the labor shortages caused jack n the box to go down hill... Well this jack n box was great.. thanks to the staff who worked today
It a jack in box, nothing stands out to make them stand out. Yet many things stand out to put them at the bottom, (close dining room for no real reason, want customers to sit in line at the drive thru and wait till they comete the order, many of the employees are not customer service related nor care bout the customers, will not go there again!!
