Went through the drive-thru. Service was attentive and knowledgeable. Orders came out correctly but fries were overcooked. Probably didn't set a timer and didn't realize it till they were in middle of the cooking cycle.I had 2 jumbo jacks for $6. The visual promotional advertisement outside has cheese on the burger. But did not see any on my order. Would've been nice if it was suggested to me in the drive-thru. Otherwise, it was a decent experience.
Tried to use a one dollar coupon for my dog. 5 nuggets for a dollar with any purchase. I tried to order there two for 6 jumbo jacks they said I couldn't use the coupon. When I was at the window takeing down the store number and district manager phone number. The on shift supervisor Monica treated me like I was a pile of garbage then one of her co workers told me to leave violently. Then Monica came back and said she'd have me removed if I didn't leave. They refused to give me the management credentials. I will never eat there again.
Generally super great day shift but evening....goodness they were a mess when we went thru the drive thru last week.....couldnt get our order correct, for two drinks I seriously told them three more times at the window since they tried to hand me the wrong one. Pointless upsizing your meal cuz they fill your Large french fries halfway.... Unfortunitly the food wasn't good.... the patty and the bread was so dry. I had already waited 20mins and wasn't going back ....it was bad
I usually come here since I live 5 minutes up the road but tonight was something else. I pulled up around 11:50pm and waited over 30 minutes in line just for them to be really rude to the lady in front of me and to tell me they closed. Even when it’s posted online it says they close at 2am and on the window. Maybe it was a bad night. But it was uncalled for for how rude and disrespectful they were
Unfortunately I can see why this location has such a low rating. The store was completely lit up with all open signs on, including lobby lights. All signage on the door indicated the drive through was open 24 hours a day on Friday and Saturday. The drive through had multiple cars in it as I entered and another car entered behind me. I was informed immediately via the speaker that "this location is currently closed for the evening." With cars in front of and behind me I was forced to wait it out with no way of exit and not so much as an apology from the employees. I realize during the pandemic era store hours can fluctuate but there are steps that can be taken to ensure that these instances don't happen as frequently. Updated signage, friendly and helpful staff, additional drive through lanes and dimming or turning off of non essential lughts would be a few measures that could be taken. Very disappointing experience on multiple levels.
I scared to go back to this fast food restaurant. The restaurant is very dirty and the staff are very unprofessional. I have gotten sick from eating there and I wouldn’t trust going back there. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with fast food.
Awful manager! They messed up my order and when I took the bag back with recent (haven’t even left the parking lot) they said I would have to pay AGAIN for what I actually ordered.
It's gotten better since the last time I visited this location, I was surprised at how okay it was considering most places have been getting worse the last few months. They did okay today, it wasn't amazing but it wasn't the worst ever.
They got the order wrong even though we were charged for what we ordered. They tried to give us 2 drinks we didn't order while they forgot the 2 large fries we did order and were charged for.
There was no hamburgers being made only a limited menu so for lunch it was taco and lime power aid. The power aid was good. But not to happy with this happening don't want to get in drive tru wait in line and this happen again
