There's always something wrong here. Things like their computers not working, or only having like two people on staff for everything. Usually I end up waiting for like half an hour or longer, if they decide to even let me order. I don't know why I don't expect any different from this place anymore. The management must be terrible or something for there to literally always be problems. Five times in a row, there's been a problem. Zero times has it gone without a single flaw when I order.I hope whoever's in charge gets the message and gets their act together. 15 soggy Tiny tacos ain't worth a 45 minute wait.Edit: not worth my time to fix your problem, owner. There wasn't even an apology in your response.

The food tasted really good and the man who took our order (Shane) was super helpful and very friendly. He made our experience at this specific Jack In The Box great. While eating our food though...a manager came in from outside and started barking orders at the employees...she was loud, rude, and obnoxious. After our great experience with Shane, we felt bad for the employees that had to work under the inappropriate behavior of this manager. It started to ruin our dining experience...but as we were leaving Shane said good-bye and thanked us for coming to eat there. This eating experience would have perfect if it wasn't for that manager yelling at her employees during our meal.

Practicing safe food handling should be one of the top practices in the food industry, right? Well one of the cooks kept pulling up and touching their pants and immediately continued to handle food. When it was brought up to the manager, she asked if it was true and they didn't even deny it. And had the worker wash their hands. We could even hear other workers commenting about not taking our mobile order anymore cause of our complaint. One worker made a comment "oh I touched my stomach, let me wash my hands".I get it fast food is fast paced and a stressful job but would you want your food handled by someone who isn't keeping there hands clean?

Funny how every night for several hours they can not take orders because of system updates. EVERY NIGHT. FOR SEVERAL HOURS. Is it actually open 24 hours?? No, more like 20 or 22 hours.Other than that jack in the crack is decent. I've only had food poisoning from them once in 2001. From an egg sandwich. They're good about adding new menu items. Also great they have affordable specials. Unlike McCrappy meals robbing people. Stay away from McCrappies and hit up Jack n the Crack instead.

The staff was courteous and apologetic, but it still took 28 minutes to get my food from the time I pulled up to the drive-through. There were only two cars ahead of me when I got there and one couple in the dining area.

Last time I will ever go 2 this store. Ordered 3 meals and all 3 where wrong. Called store and got the manager. She remembered the order and remaking a meal. 1 of 3. Nacho tiny tacos....you must ask for them to be fully loaded to get them as nacho, not just nacho tiny tacos. Bacon cheeseburger....no bacon and wet from all the sauce. This store sucks. No confidence in this store. In the last three years very few have been given to me correctly

Pulled into the drive-through and waited a good couple minutes to get to the order taker. Fast spoke something and was silence so I asked if they were ready to take my order and they said cash only. There were cars in front and behind me so I couldn't just leave. Fortunatly I had cash so I said okay. Waited... And waited and waited more. Asked if they were ready to take my order and they said sorry they were short staffed. Waited waited and waited more. Still no response so I just drove forward. Unfortunatly there were two cars ahead of me and it took them about 5 mins to get through. The last one only orderd a soda. Terrible customer service. Seriously just close for the night if you can't run it the way its supposed to be run.

I paid $28 for this meal via Uber Eats and they send me half empty french fries where all the ones not at the very top are dried and hard. Bag was well sealed, so I know it's not the driver's fault. Burger was great, but it's cheap and rude to think it's acceptable to send half empty fries for a $28 meal.

The employees here have always been great. My complaint is for the Jack in the box company itself. I placed an online order January 27th but when I arrived to pick it up I was told there's a supply shortage so I could not get my order filled. I already paid online so I immediately emailed the customer service people to try to get a refund but I have heard nothing other than a standard email response saying my request was received. I don't understand why I cannot get this taken care of and quickly it seems simple but now I have done several more emails and filed complaints online through the app and still nothing. I know these online ordering apps are big thing now and every fast food place encourages you to use them but after this experience I don't think I will. Where are the real people with real customer service?! Is anything like that something of the past and everything is just automated now? Jack in the box, how are you going to address issues such as this that arise that need a human being to correct it?

They could take a little bit of time to fully blend their milkshakes. Last time I stopped there, I ordered a chocolate milkshake that was more like vanilla ice cream on top of vanilla ice cream partially mixed with chocolate flavoring.
