The employees are great. 5star. Their food well we will not return, to much grease and lack of taste otherwise. I had only one bite my wife had one snd spit the other out. If you like it then by all means enjoy for that is the reason you have taste buds in your mouth. Again the people very polite, pleasant, courteous very efficient.
I travel light and I travel often. And, when my Son picked me up from the Spokane Airport; I told him That I wanted to find the nearest "Jack in the Box" for Lunch! I wish We Would've kept driving. Oh my Goodness!!! The Counter Staff was Extremely Incompetent in Regards to: Food Content & Ingredients; Absolutely NO Eye Contact to either one of us; Even while we were Ordering Our Meal! The Young Female Manager was Extremely RUDE to "Phil" (The elderly man mopping/cleaning tables) It was almost like: HIS JOB was beneath HER! Then, After Continually Questioning Our Order...They got MY Order Wrong! I asked for "Extra Pickles" and ended up with "NO Pickles"! I DID ask for "Curly Fries"....but, they looked more like "Wavy-Fries" and tasted like "Burnt Fries"! There were NO Napkins in the Dispenser on Our Table; We did NOT Receive ANY Dipping Sauces (Even though we were asked twice and said which one We wanted). My "Jalapeno Poppers" were still cold in the middle AND The "Staff" behind the Counter talked amongst themselves SO LOUD; I think they didn't care WHO was in the restaurant! I tell you...I will NEVER eat here, again! OH...Although it was "Immaculate".... And "Phil" seemed to have been working hard; Everyone else, should Find Another Job!

This place was not busy at all. We ordered 2 burgers and a drink. Took 10 minutes. 5 people standing around talking. Apparently there was no rush at all. Will not return. The burgers were good though lol.
Best quick serve str8 down and dirty burger you will find for the money. The right amount of tang, (pickles) sweet (ketchup) and seasoned beef. Its a proper burger. Fajita Pita's for those watching calories and late nite selections you'd swear were thought up by Cheech and Chong. If you need a steller burger out late... look no further
It was a bummer they were out of tiny tacos AND large cups. I got regular tacos and they were fine but it was disappointing. I've also ordered from them through door dash recently and always have missing items. It's unfortunate because they do a good job as far as their food being fresh and tasty.
This location is completely out of everything basically will not honor any online deals in store.So even though they're out of tomatoes amd i wanted 6 spur dough jacks and i was more then OK to get them without tomatoes they Said no yo not letting me get the online app deal and let the sale walk out the door. What a joke staff Here seem to not like the customers.

Waited 15-20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line. Usually most restaurants will comp your meal or give you a free drink or fries or something to make up for the poor service. Was not happening at the Jack In The Box on 3rd Avenue downtown. The meal was pretty good once we finally got it though.
Stopped for a quick burger, the food was good, but the drive-thru took to long.
