I used the app. I'll go ahead and rate that for you too, ?!!!! It was easy enough to use however the staff at the North Pines location didn't seem to have followed the order I made in the app. So maybe the app is great and the staff at this location was ill equipped to follow written instructions on what I wanted. Over all, the food itself was dry and poorly prepared. Not what I expected when paying $5-$9 for a burger.Pictures are of burgers that were both missing swiss cheese, both missing special sauce on bottom bun. (That's what comes on the burger) and if that is what they call extra lettuce... They must be from a different country were lettuce is an endangered species. (Paid .10 extra per burger for more lettuce and .50 extra for the cheese I did not get)
One of my favorite fast food places. It always seems they come up with new things or combinations of things vs a stagnant menu. Their grilled sourdough sandwiches are my favorites, their milk shakes thick and rich
Service was great, burger was good. The lobby and dining area on the other hand was filthy. The floors were sticky. There were crumbs and trash heavy on the floor. The glass doors and windows were smeared really bad. Burger was good though. ?
My husband and I visited this location on 03/17/2022. My husband ordered a cheeseburger with curly fries and myself a chicken sandwich with curly fries. It was gross. The first bite I took of my curly fries they tasted like chemicals, like pinesol in your mouth. I tried a couple of my husbands fries..same taste. I then opened my sandwich, took one bite, could taste the very familiar chemical taste again. It was like they coated my food in pinesol. After taking the initial bites I got a bad headache. I will never eat Jack in the Box again, if this is the type of food they turn out. Even my husband (who never complains) said it was pretty gross and tasted weird. We ended up throwing our food away and stopping elsewhere to eat.
Ended up firing me because they had said I was late multiple times when I wasn’t . Gave me a 930 schedule and said I was supposed to show up at 9 o’clock so that made me “late”. Didn’t finish my food handlers all the way they kind of just said screw it and put me to work. Didn’t give me any of my schedules for work.. only a weeks worth of a schedule. Rude customers who can’t drain properly. Worked there for a few days and got bullied the whole time By literally each employee. Worked hard showed up on time. Still got fired.
Poor customer service and no associate seemed to care about their job. I paid over $7 for the burger in the picture and it was cold and chewy to top it off, had to throw it away after taking a bite. This is the 3rd location of this chain that treats their customers like this. Sadly, no more Jack in the Box for me or my family.
This Jack in the box if you go through the Drive thru, they will not give you or offer you a Straw... they now will only give you a Straw if you ask, who likes opening the lid for a sip while going down the Road, this new practice makes your store look incompetent and clueless.. guess the Spokane Sea Turtles are in Danger of going extinct
Always cold chicken never had one that tasted fresh but the jack in the box off Argonne is always fresh... for being the same franchise there wayyyy different in terms of quality.. spend the extra 5 minutes and get fresh food. They don't throw away old product seems like they wait until its sold
Broccoli in the teriyaki chicken bowl was rotten, wasn't given a fork to eat it with, didn't get a napkin or a straw for my drink. Had to throw part of chicken bowl away because of the bad broccoli. Spent way to much money for terrible food.
Went for breakfast at 8 a.m. and they didn't have any hashbrowns or sides for the combo. When I asked if we could have a free drink for the inconvenience the guy basically told me I was SOL. Very disappointed. Also, food was basically flavorless. Disgusting. Do better. Thanks. Would give 0 stars if I could.
