Closed for dine in. Might want to add a sign!l or make sure your Google reflects that! Also slow drive through and a line around the corner. Will be avoiding for the time being
Been here 2 times in the last year. First time, nobody was there at 10PM. No sign saying they were closed, nothing. Flagged like 10 other cars down to turn them away. 2nd time, we arrive 10 minutes to closing with 2 cars ordering directly ahead of us and nobody behind us. "Sorry, we're closed." No, you're closed in 10 minutes. Load of bull.
Not a friendly team. When we got home and were eating my son found a large wad of hair IN his sourdough jack. I went back and showed them, they were very un interested to say the least.
I love me some Jack in the Box. This restaurant in Airway Heights would have got a five star review except they have repeatedly refused to make me a milkshake after 7pm give or take twenty min. They claim they stop cause of the time it takes to clean the machine, which has to be a joke cause every other fast food joint has no problems selling shakes until right before closing. Laziness gets you a 3 star at best
My food was cold and I spent 7 dollars on a bacon Swiss buttery jack just for it to be mostly grease no bacon and it just tasted stale I hated it I basically threw away 7 dollars which is expensive for a trash burger I could have Gone to McDonald’s and gotten their burgers for less and better quality
Horrible there was a fantastic worker there before. Who cares if he had fake nails so what. That store was providing better food then microwaved. Who ever is working or this place now.You should be fired.This store needs help
This Jack in the box was a nice change of pace for me. As for many other restaurants drive-throughs fast food places I've been getting pretty poor service. And then to come in early morning and be locked out unfortunately, and then to be politely asked to put on a mask which I did not have, I went through the drive-thru to where the inconvenience was acknowledged and adjusted. I appreciate the friendly crew. Keep up the good work guys don't change please it's a nice change of pace to have a friendly crew serve you your breakfast! 0
Abe had a very positive attitude and a great customer appreciation. I’m very thankful to have been on this side of town to have been served by such good people. Whatever you are doing keep doing it.

Messed up my order and manager messed up again and then told me it was my fault for them serving food cold. Very rude all I asked for was a plain burger and I got no patty and the second time I got a chicken sandwich, dude how hard is it to do a burger! Horrible experience
