Staff were very accommodating and polite. Food came out in good time and everything tasted great.
One great restaurant. It makes our top three list every year. Innovative menu impeccably prepared. We're trying to work our way through the menu and happily that will take some time. Brava Italian Trattoria!
Delish food! Had an Irish coffee as well and very good. They know how to make a hollandaise sauce ;)
I took my sister who was visiting from San Diego to Italia Trattoria. I told her she would love the food, the staff and the ambience of the restaurant. Although I have had great meals there in the past, they were totally off game on this visit. We started off with "ROAST OCTOPUS'. It sucked! we had to search for the very small pieces of octopus which I believe couldn't have amounted to more than one tablespoon full. It was mainly a vegetable salad of potatoes, fennel and some other sharp vinegary dressing with a sprinkle of tough, chewy, tiny pieces of octopus; a major rip off! We ordered a Cesar salad for our next course. The lettuce was wet and watery with a very bland, tasteless dressing and they forgot to add anchovies which we requested. Instead of croutons the salad was served with a small piece of Grilled Focaccia which was burnt , dried out and hard as rock. The main course was for the most part acceptable. I ordered the duck and everything on the plate was tasty but I was overall underwhelmed by the dish. My sister ordered the lamb Ragu . It was very unappetizing looking, tasted just ok and the pappardelle noodles were a big glob stuck together. The waitress was nice enough but didn't check in with us, never asked how we were liking the meal, forgot to refill our wine glasses ( we bought a bottle which she kept cold back in the bar) and we have to track her down to get another pour. Water was never refilled either. Then we were finishing up our wine and chatting after this disappointing meal and the hostess came over and told us we would need to leave in five minutes because they were going to need the table. I don't believe we were there for more than an hour. The bill came to $190. before tip for the two of us, there was a 3% gratuity charged to support the kitchen staff. on top of the 20% we added for the tip. This restaurant is extremely noisy and the table tops are ridiculously small. My sister was not impressed and I was embarrassed. I will not go there again.
Fantastic. Everything I had was so good that I now need to lower all my prior rankings. Highly suggest a side of mushroom risotto, I think I could eat a whole pot by myself. This restaurant is serious about their food and I feel an obligation to try more of the menu, I applaud the chef. Service was excellent! Well educated, kind, and quick! They deserve all the stars.
Wow! I had the pork tenderloin. It was splendid. My partner had a rabbit dish and loved it. We had lamb tongue as an appetizer which was also delicious. Can't recommend Italia Trattoria enough
Dinner or brunch. Food doesn't disappoint at all. Dinner might be a bit pricey, but it's really worth it! Hell brunch is cheap as hell and tastes just as good.
Best restaurant in Spokane. Food, wine and ambience are all great. I really loved that they covered their patio and now it's heated for fall outdoor dining. Best place for a nice date night. Their safety measures make me feel very comfortable to dine there. Food is always exceptional.
Brunch was delicious, severs friendly & helpful. Outdoor dining option excellent.
1st time ever eating here. I want to thank everybody at Italia Trattoria for protecting not only your employees but also your patrons with enforcing a mask policy and showing proof of vaccination! The food was beyond amazing and I will definitely be back to support your fine business!
