Got literally every meal wrong for our whole table. I used to waitress, I know it can be hard, but dang; messing up basically everything for each person at a 5 person table while it's slow, AND not wanting to fix it when politely asked. That's a whole lot of don't eat here. $100 for messed up breakfasts and raw eggs. My kid just wanted blueberry waffles to celebrate. Disappointed. :(
Server was awesome & accommodating. The food was what we expected. My husband & I used to enjoy breakfast out prior to the pandemic, it was great to return to it.
Food was hot and very good. Our hostess was on her game she ran tables better than the waiter did. Very awesome of her.
We really enjoyed Ihoppy Hour in part due to the great deal on food (everything was delicious!) but mostly because of our awesome server Jesse who worked super hard on a busy evening with little help. He had a great attitude and made us feel welcome, even though he was hustling beyond belief! Excellent service! We will be back!
Good, bad and ugly...the food was pretty good except for my toast with very little butter but did have a hair on it-that was the bad. The ugly? Waiting over 45 minutes for our food. They were somewhat busy, but it seemed like their to go orders were more important than getting food to the people who were dining in.
Ordered food for my family of 5, everything was extremely cold and they forgot several small add on items. They burnt the French toast and the omelette was terrible. This was the first time we had eaten at IHOP in years and we used to get excited about it, but we won't be ordering from here again because it was so disappointing.
Good service, great food. Wish we had an IHOP in Wenatchee.
Great experience all around! T greeted us and was so polite and welcoming! Elizabeth was very kind and attentive and made our dining experience very pleasant! To top it all off, the food was delicious!!! Great night out.
I ordered a family feast online for pickup and didn't get my hashbrowns, also i didn't get butter and the pancakes smell burnt. I called to ask for someone to deliver them or refund me the hashbrowns since I have 4 kids to feed and they said couldn't refund the hashbrowns and refused to refund the order... Merry Christmas... we're never ordering from here again!
Food was good... service was just ok this visit. Santa was awesome tho and he gave us a free kids meal coupon so I only paid $7 for my kid to eat .. (she wanted to try the Xmas pancakes and had to get her regular order incase she didn't like them)
