we tried the bacon burger and roasted turkey sandwich. both were so good and the French fries were good as well. their ice tea was good also. the service was great
I got half a small thing of salsa and no steak sauce I wanted.
Just ordered a 3 stack of pancakes and realized I didn't receive silverware. So I went back in to ask for 1 and after about 5 minutes of waiting they come back to tell me that not only were they out, but with to-go orders they'll be disconcerting that.Completely unacceptable. Will never eat there again. And the price for 3 tiny pancakes isn't worth it.
Old style IHOP. Coffee house setup with the IHOP menu. Could use a few extra employees to get the place Going after COVID country lockdown. Otherwise, it was a nice atmosphere to eat and visit. I would go again.
Sierra was a fantastic server. Food was great. They split our meal without an extra charge. The bathrooms could be cleaner but all around an excellent experience
Went there with some of my family today, when coming in the employees didn’t seem happy that a group of 6 came in. As we were sitting down the cooks didn’t seem happy to see us and watched us walk all the way to our table. Our waitress was very nice but the rest of people inside seem like they weren’t happy there. We can hear them talking about us and saw them pointing at us outside.
I went for never ending pancakes last week for the female waitress to cut me off at a total of 6 pancakes (total of 3 plates). I could of saved myself and just bought a big stack and spent less money because I didn't even want the sides. She also ignored me half my time there (it was dead) and never replenished my creamers or sugar for my coffee in which I had to eat half my food with nothing to drink. Very disappointing and I'm still upset about my experience a week later. Will never stop at this location again.
Food is okay service is okay not in the greatest location for easy access. Kind of small inside, stale coffee. All in in all you could do a lot worse. But you could also do better. This is a firm 3 star restaurant.
We took the whole family right around dinner time, there were only 3 employees in the building and several tables of people. We still had fast very friendly service and the food was all great ?
The service was great as our waitress was extremely patient and kind, but the tables were very close to each other and the noise level was almost unbearable.I know it is an IHOP, so it is to be expected however there was just a lot of noise with every table filled up.My food was subpar as it wasn't very warm when I got it and the hollandaise sauce was barely a part of the dish when I thought it would've overran it. My niece ate a chocolate pancake that she loved!It wasn't a terrible experience it was just subpar, probably will give it another try on a less busy day
