Being a native of Brooklyn, NY I'm a big bagel lover. Having been away from NY for 40 years I never expect to get NY level food anywhere but NY, and that is just fine. But, today I tried and really liked Hidden Bagel, and it will be my go to bagel in Spokane. They're good. Spokane also has Dinardi's Pizza which is pretty authentic so a couple of the food staples of my youth are covered. Very unique for a western city to have both these places to satisfy New Yorker's. I'm pretty happy, and let's face it, NY'ers are hard to please. Great job Hidden Bagel :--)

This pickle cheddar ranch bagel was SO good (as you can see I started eating it before I even thought to take a picture). There was so many great options I got a blueberry french toast and funfetti shmear for later. Bagel lovers see this review and come try em.

I wish the working hours were better. They are also constantly running out of bagels. Determine what your hot ticket items are and make sure supply is adequate. Sandwiches should be available online to order and pick up.. it’s a work in progress but the bagels taste good!

Great bagels, service is not perfect but is GOOD ENOUGH. :)Be patient, people. I've been here 3 times in the last month. Its always slammed. The one time I decided to go spontaneously, I waited a while and they were running out. The other two times I ordered the night before and left a note with a requested pickup time - no issues.

Incredible bagels. I'm no bagel expert, but I can safely say these are the best I've ever had. They absolutely live up to the hype. The staff seems super friendly and enthused, too, and are very helpful.

Just wonderful. We had the bacon & cheddar, blueberry French toast, everything, plain, & dill pickle bagels along with sun dried tomato, plain, strawberry and raspberry cream cheese spreads - all incredible. The bagels were cooked perfectly and I loved the baguette like texture. The thing I love most is just how American-dreamy it is for someone to be able to learn a skill & share it with the rest of us. Often times we forget just how incredible it is to be human, and just how incredible it is to share our gifts with the world. A fabulous, fabulous addition to Spokanes budding culinary world. Thank you!

The best bagels in Spokane!

The Rosemary salted bagel was incredible. It truly was the best bagel ? I have ever had.

Saving me from buying bulk out of town bagels and paying for shipping...thank you! Finally a bagel in Spokane that doesn't just taste like a fluffy roll!! Not sure if they are are boiled then baked but they are pretty darn good. Coffee is roast house so the coffee quality is good but I prefer it stronger. We picked up lox and made best bagel and lox we have had in a minute. The cheddar bacon bagel was very naughty and the pimento cheese spread nostalgic. I look forward to seeing Hidden Bagel grow. The staff are very personable which makes the experience five star.

So yummy!!! My four year old cried when the bagels were gone ? Blueberry French Toast was a big hit with kids and adults! But the Everything, Pumpernickel, and Asiago were great, too! We can’t wait to try even more!
