The two subs that me and my girlfriend nibbled off from were disgusting! The steakhouse one had cold peppers and onions that were microwaved . The turkey one was just plain foul. The crew looked very disappointed to see me even though it was only 8:10 at night I do not recommend anybody even looking in the direction of this sub this sub shop. I've never had anything good there but I heard their meatballs good but BECAUSE of my experience I probably won't give them another chance.
Ordered online. Was called and told my order was canceled due to modified hours not posted online.Order was not canceled, though they didn’t make the food and I did not pick it up, I was still charged for it.Can’t believe this happened. I loved firehouse subs up until this happened.Update: they did give me my sub when I went in person, but they had to call and make sure it was okay with their manager, who’d told me on the phone they would take care of it. The manager promised to send me a coupon for a free sub for the trouble, that never happened.
Awesome staff super friendly and freaking amazing sandwiches!! The gluten free bread is actually good!!! The sandwiches are well made and good size for the price...just fantastic all around!!
The sandwiches are soggy, the wait is extremely long. We ordered online and had to wait over 20 minutes in addition to the time we were told the food would be ready. I would think it had been sitting there for 20 minutes because the bread was wet through if I hadn’t seen them make the sandwich while I waited. Yikes!
Awesome subs managers are awesome yeah it may take a little to get food out but that's what happens when everyone and their mother orders from here sorry but a wait should be expected these people aren't robots
Going downhill, was amazing first few times. Went last time meat was cold and barely there.. will try again I. A few months hopping it is just new employees.

Ordered a cheese steak sandwhich and it was great, had a side of the Mac n cheese and it was great too! Wasn't able to eat it all and had for lunch the next day at work.
Kind of bummed. First visit here and ordered a cold turkey sub, no mustard, pickle on the side. When I got home, I discovered a sandwich with mustard, two meats, and no pickle. The sandwich looked like it would have been good if you were into the items on it, but I wasn't going back to swap it as I'd been out all day and.*Update - I went again today and bought the turkey sandwich again. This time, no issues with the ingredients today and the sandwich was nice.Nice kids work there... no issues with the personalities and the facility is nice and clean.
I'm sorry 2 star just because customer service was good watery lettuce and my turkey sub taste pretty plane Jane lol.:(.no different sauces to choose from salt pepper oil vinegar was never asked or seen options for any of these should have made one at home
