Great Italian food! Old world charm. Good service.
Not a good dining experience. It took about 15 minutes to be greeted and the restaurant was quiet. My waitress was unprofessional the entire time, I could hear her loud conversations with the other wait staff from the dining room. The chairs were old and the cushions were blown out. The food was okay, but way too much cheese on my manicotti.
Don't waste your time - When Covid kicked off we tried to support smaller local businesses. Europa was one of those businesses. We found it to have the best Calamari in town and we could drop in and get seated in the bar. The bar tender was pleasant and still is. However...It has changed in the last year. We learned they are now reservations only and have been turned away. In addition, We have found the service has become unbearable. They have a 3-6pm happy hour. However, after making a reservation for 5:45, we were told it wasn't available because they were too busy. After telling the waitress we had made the reservation with the intention of doing happy hour, albeit the last 15 minutes, SHE ARGUED with us and then said we still had one minute and took our order. We ordered three appetizers and drinks. We also ordered a pizza. When the bill came only one item was priced at the happy hour price.Never going back. What is the point of having a happy hour if they don't want to honor it? Being busy is no excuse for bad service and attitude. Never going back.
We enjoyed dinner last night tremendously.I have seen other reviews mention needing to have a reservation but came in without one and it wasn't a problem.The food was over the top delicious. If you are a fan of calamari then, try it here. Fresh, soft and full of flavor. Also, the smoked salmon dip.I tried the gnocchi with brown butter sauce. I was very impressed with all the flavors.We took home two cheesecakes and they were to die for.Our waitress was pleasant and helpful.Two things to note-* The decor is a little dated. The chairs are a bit broken down.* The food comes out slowly. Especially when they get busy. So, come in ready to visit and relax.

The food was disappointing. Traditional and lacking in taste. I didn't see anything on the menu that looked creative. I had Italian Sausage with pasta. I don't know where you can find sausage this bland. Our waitress/bartender was great and knew how to pour a perfect Martini.
Our waitress/bartender was wonderful. She makes an incredible martini. The food and atmosphere were old tradition Italian. The food was satisfactory and disappointing.
I wanted to give them a 5 star review, it was mine and my boyfriends anniversary we decided to try here for the first time. We made reservations for 6 our waitress was nice and got our drinks served up. We ordered an appetizer along with soup and salad. We waited an hour and 30 mins to get our food.The food was really good the wait was just frustrating.
