This location is always a short wait which is key compared to several other dutch locations and i find that the overall experience tends to be a lot faster overall. The drinks are always tasty and the staff at this location is always nice and friendly and seem to care. Up beat and positive vibes! I personally still always get a blended carmalizer or a flavored black tea with soft top but ive loved everything ive tried.

There was a ton of coffee grounds in my coffee very annoyed at work so i cant even have them fix it. Will not go back i used to love this place now everytime i have gone there in the past 6 months they always mess it up.Update: i went to a different one when i had time from workand they fixed the mistake.
Super friendly workers, gave my dog s treat and made amazing coffee. I always love coming here. Such a positive vibe.

As with other Dutch Brothers stands I have been to this one was just as good, the baristas were friendly, fast and amazing. I am keeping my review at 5 stars but they need marking to help the flow of traffic to go well to make sure people go to the right line and don't slow up production or thru traffic.
Lance and his crew are amazing. Coffee was great, I told him surprise me and he did.. Just a great experience and his kindness made my day that much better.. I'll go back and definitely recommend.

I was a fan until today! My wife told me she stopped by our downtown location to get a pumpkin spice latte for her drive up North only to be told that pumpkin spice is out of season. Pumpkin is out of season? It’s November, a few days shy of Thanksgiving and you are pulling pumpkin from your selection? A little premature … saddened in Spokane.
They refused to give my birthday drink. That was annoying but not the end of the world. I got myself a latte and an Americano for my sister who goes here all the time. My drink had almost no flavor in it and tasted like plain coffee, unfortunately my sister said the same thing about her Americano. It seems like they put zero cream in it despite the receipt clearly having 'cream' in the drink modifier line.Would have gone back to have the drinks remade but is it worth waiting another 20 minutes in line when I should be enjoying my birthday? Tried calling the phone number listed on Google and it just rang for 10 minutes with no answer. Poor, poor customer service! Never going back.
