Recently everytime I go to this Dutch Bros to get coffee the wait is way too long. It should not take 20-30 minutes to get coffee. The newer workers at this location is so slow. I used to think that Dutch Bros was the best coffee place in Spokane. I have changed my mind. The owners need to come to this location to see how their workers are doing. Poor service!!!
it's not just this location, i am just never satisfied with the coffee from here. for one, their menu is unlike any other and they don't serve trasitional drinks. for example, i wanted a hot caramel macchiato and recieved their equivalent of a golden eagle, which just tasted like frothed milk with no caramel. for two, the price. and for 3, I've never been offered a rewards membership or punch card or anything.
Can't beat the service and super yummy drinks! The menu offers something for even the non dairy drinkers like myself!
This is the best customer service I’ve been to - they are all so sweet and just real no fake nice here it’s all legit - love this place and the staff thank you for always making my day guys
The coffee is as expected which isn't bad. I love that they come out to the car if there's a line and staff to accommodate. The thing I didn't like to much though is when they came out to car they had no menu, they didn't offer the drink special and so I had to order based on if I knew what I wanted and that made the price also a guess until after and being on a budget that made it difficult. The workers were friendly but not very helpful in the order process. The process was quick and the drinks were good.
Not like any average coffee stop with caffeine that hits the taste buds hard but with the ever changing style of the additional secondary liquidity addition that gets my goat with the Bros on second, need more time to get a better opinion.
So friendly and yummy drinks! They always give my dog a pup cup and it's his favorite thing!
Everyone was very friendly. Fast service. Not too horribly busy like other dutch bros I've seen in Spokane. The location is kinda tricky as it is on the corner of two one way streets and can be quite easy to miss if you're not paying attention.
Was looking for coffee this evening as it was very cold.... Walked from riverfront mall to dutcbros, I made sure it was open before going. I got there and it said walk up closes at 5pm.... that makes no sense.... how is someone who is walking out in the cold not allowed to get a hot drink after 5pm but people in vehicles are? Very disappointed.... will not support a business that discriminates. Not to mention doesn't include a walk up hours schedule either.
Great service, pretty average prices. Always good coffee & drinks.
