Food said it was delivered but it was not. I called and spoke with the manager Richard who stated the address was incorrect but told him I have proof on our confirmation that our address is correct. He kept making excuses. He said he would have it redelivered immediately and “fixed” the incorrect Apt on his side. Wait over an hour and still nothing. Called back and spoke with Richard again who stated it was sent back out to the wrong address again then said actually the other manager said it couldn’t be remade so was never sent out. Very rude and unprofessional. Asked for refund and just kept saying we can only redeliver. Yeah so I can have it “delivered” to the wrong place again. Three and half hours of this bs. Was told to call corporate and got hung up. Per other reviews, seems like this issue happens a lot!
First off I ordered my pizza got it and hour later cold because they claimed my trailer number wasn't listed on the address which it was I have proof it is. Ive ordered multiple times and log in with my name never had any problems with that before. Pictures below are what it looked like after an hour. Plus the in store manager was rude and would not send a new order only wanted to give a discount off a next order totally unprofessional
This is unacceptable! My fiancé and I usually go to the one on Argonne in the valley but we were out in this area, so pizza sounded good ordered at 12:20 and it said it would be done by 12:40. Well nope it was done at 12:30! 10 min to prepare and cook one pizza and 2 pasta bowls? Yeah I don’t think so. Well needless to say we got home and our pizza was cold like out of the refrigerator cold, the bacon was burnt, that sausage was burnt, the cheese looked like it was sitting there for at least 3 hours. My fiancé decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and try it well that was a mistake. Called today and was told they can’t make a new one or anything because it was from last night and said if we would of called after we got home that we would of been able to get a new one because they are there for 3 hours after close which they closed at 1am. I was not about to drive back down town from the valley so thanks a lot for an old pizza dominos. I will not return to this one.
Order a pizza and this is what we got. So many bubbles and hardly anything on it. Quality checked? Definitely not.So I called and explained the situation. They offered to make another pizza. Ok cool. Well it was delivered but not cooked fully and hardly any toppings again.We will be taking our business elsewhere for awhile.
Ordered at 4:16 on a Thursday evening and it got to my door at 4:36, that's quick! They remembered all my dipping sauces and crushed chili, order was perfect and piping hot , the delivery driver was courteous and polite. I am thoroughly impressed! Kudos to those employees, keep them, give em a raise, do what you can to make sure you retain employees like this as I understand the service can greatly differ depending on staff/ talent. Again kudos and far superior than pizza pipeline!
I have found hair in my pizza here on multiple occasions. The last straw was the awful customer service experience, I recently called and asked to speak with the manager who had a horrible attitude. He refused to honor a simple request, yelled at me and hung up in my face when I asked him to cancel the order altogether. I order here all the time and am sad that I was treated so poorly. I will not be ordering from here ever again
The person behind the counter was very rude ( the store is on north division) I didn't know that you have to order online to get the special 5.99 price...the rudeness and rolling of the eyes WOW!! I ordered online and waited for my 2 pizzas...when I got home I realized that one of the pizza was not what I ordered so I went outside and gave it to the homeless man it was snowing and I wasn't about to go all the way back. I will NEVER EVER go to that store again!!!For as much as you charge for extra condiments Domino's you should be ashamed of the employees in that store
O.M.G. !!! What a lousy freaking pizza shop!!Ordered ham and pineapple pizza, w) BBQ sauce. I'm not sure how hard that would be to comprehend?? The young man who took my order over the phone was either ignorant or death, perhaps both?? We received a ham pizza w) regular marinara sauce?? I also ordered bone out chicken received bone in chicken?? Yes definitely a huge zero for this pizza shop!! ?
I love dominos pizza. I can get pasta and wings also. My preference is the pasta dinners.
The store on 9329 N Division st in Spokane Washington is the best in Washington state and the drivers are unbeatable for excellent service and pleasant attitudes. Never had better food or delivery from Domino's ever!!!
