I ordered a pasta dish for carry out, I was given barely ANYTHING in the dish, I politely called to tell them how I had maybe 5 bites of pasta in my dish, they began to tell me that they know they didn’t mess up my order and they know “exactly what they’re doing” insinuating I would be lying. They then told me if I wanted to complain about it that I needed to fill out a customer complaint paper, instead of just remaking my food with the correct amount I ordered and paid for. I’m never a Karen, but this was horrible customer service and I don’t recommend going here unless you wanna deal with rude employees who mess up food.
I always get the $20 deal, 2 pizzas, bread bites, cinnamon twists and soda. Usually it's really good but for the last 3 orders everything has been stale and overcooked. Pizza also has had either not enough sauce or too much sauce. On top of that my delivery order took over an hour last time and they didn't comp me anything. This deal beat any deal from pizza hut but I felt like dominos is a waste of money now.
This store is a joke. They keep messing up our orders and last time they delivered our order to the wrong address, making us wait another hour for our delivery. They have owed us a 2 liter soda for 3 months and to date have not been able to deliver it correctly. The last time the manger apologized profusely, swore it would go out that evening, and I watched as they entered into their delivery system and then promptly marked it as completed without ever delivering it.
Waited in the car for 20 minutes because they said our pizza wasn't done. Come to find out it was and it was just sitting on the shelf un noticed. Another time it was burnt. At car side the 2 min promise was not fulfilled and no free pizza as stated. I emailed them and they didn't even respond!
Horrible service twice in a row, ordered one pizza the other day and it was late and there was hardly any toppings when it was a 3 topping pizza. Ordered two tonight before 1am and got notifcations that it was ready 12:47, and that it was delivered but we waited for 40 minutes with no pizza, tried calling and they didn’t answer cause they were now closed. I am highly disappointed in dominos right now.
Lately it hasn't been great I've had to get my order sent back a couple different times like the last time I had ordered a pepperoni pizza and because my order didn't come to a certain amount to deliver I had to add another one so I added barbecue chicken with pineapple you think that the order would be just fine and easy because it's too easy pizzas when I had gotten the order sent to my house because I was at work at the time so this is for my son and my boyfriend they get it and it's barbecue sauce pizza with pepperoni on it that is disgusting I don't know why they thought that anybody would want that but obviously it was a messed up and they could have called and corrected it but nobody had called instead when he had called to tell them about it they try to credit him the pizza the only problem with that would be they wouldn't get any dinner tonight which is crazy cuz that was the whole reason I was ordering to begin with so lately it's been a little bit not so good
I have never had a drier pizza. I ask for light sauce because I'm sensitive to tomato sauce. I didn't ask for no sauce or light cheese. The center of my pizza is dried and crispy. We walked to go get it and I'm always told bring it back in. It's cold out there #184 on Monday 01/10/22.
I called for delivery they said it will be 2 hours out, then I said I would do carry out and they said 2 hours as well. The female I was on the phone with took a deep sigh when I asked her how long carry out would be. I only live down the street from this place and I will never go there again, I've already been there a couple times and the food hasn't been all that great either, nor the service.
They messed up our order then never delivered the pizza that was to fix the one that was missing delivered. Then we ordered dessert to be delivered with the fixer pizza. We called and no one would help us over the phone then hung up on us. So we drove to the store and everyone we talked to was rude and wouldn't help up would walk away. One of the drivers Cameron was the only one who helped us and figured our order got everything remade and fixed her was helpful and tried to make it right. Everyone else working there were very rude and saying bad things about us. Cameron was very helpful and deserves a position about the rest of them in there.
So I called for a delivery, they let me know it's going to be about an hour because they were going to be backed up. I told him that's fine, after 2 hours I called to see what was going on and it hasn't even been finished yet. After 2 hour wait I had to cancel it. I understand being busy but that was a little excessive
